Can you tell me the ideal loading order if I want to use MHG, CFP, EPE and MBI? I know the CFP > EPE > MHG > MBI mods would work, but what about all the Compatchs?

Nothing terrible will happen without the compatch.
As usual, depending on the load order, only functionality of the latest mod will work. With this compatch both mods will work together.

So what happens if I do not use the compatibly patch?

I saw your other compatch for MBI.
