I placed screenshots in order of obtaining hearts, so you just need to find cursor, which pointing on hearts. :)

@Helline, that's strange. All I can recommend is checking guide, since you can miss something.

Can't get the heart on the 15th screen, I don't have the same thing on the monitors (no REC and I can't open the panels to get the flashlight and the radio).

@niX, it can be. It's better to gather heart immediately after you gain access to location with it.

Is the one in the city missable past a certain point? I can't seem to get in there anymore, it brings me to the side wall.

To get the heart on 15/16 screenshot u need to break the stone by sledgehammer.
