Save location:

Make a backup of your own save first, including your settings and prefs.lanoire file

• Go to cases -> Vice Desk -> "The Set Up"

• After the cutscene finishes ignore the manager and walk to the parking lot outside

• The car you are looking for is in the left of the parking lot and will have a white roof, enter it

• The achievement should unlock.

• The last film reel is at the bottom right of the map

• Mark the location and have your partner fast travel there (Hold E)

• The film reel will be on a wooden table out in a backyard

• After collecting the last film reel and having driven the last car, your game should now be at 100% completion
