Uberdimension? Wait, What? Uber, MegaTagmension, Violent, Extreme, Action Unleashed 2 or whatever you want to call it, I'll just get to the point. Uberdimension is pretty starightforward with the game being split into Single Player and Multiplayer. Single Player is similar to Action Unleashed except missions are much shorter usually ending in 20 secs-2 minutes and there are some small differences in the gameplay. Costume Breaks are gone BUT you can unlock them the torn costumes for the Action Unleashed cast.

Enemies no longer drop recoverable items but you can equip them in the Setup section. Medals are gone too now that stats can be customized with Ability Points (AP) and weapons can be bought in the shop. Unlike Action Unleashed, most of the cast must be unlocked in Single Player though all of them can be selected right from the start in Multiplayer. Character levels also transfer between both modes so a Lv. 99 character in SP will also be the same level in MP or vice versa.

Multiplayer is new to the game where up to 4 players can play together. You can also play solo if you want with the quests being the same. There ARE exclusive daily quests that occur from Monday-Saturday (on Sunday all the daily quests rotate every 2 hours). I can confirm that altering your PC's clock does work for Daily Missions in Multiplayer Mode and setting it to Sunday and fast forwarding every 2 hours will make Bloodlust! less of a pain.

All the achievements should be easy to acquire except for 3 that might cause some rage inducing moments.

First is Bloodlust! which requires ALL enemies and bosses to be defeated from Single Player, Multiplayer and the Daily Missions. If you hated Card Master from Megadimension VII then surely you'll hate the next two Don't P!ss Off HachimaJin! and Rare Mania which have insane RNG tied behind them. Unlike the fore mentioned game, there's no save scumming abuse as you'll HAVE to fight each time to get the respective items.

Also in-game cheats DO NOT disable achievements and they DO NOT work in multiplayer

Some users may experience a bug where the game always crashes when trying to access the shop or trying to change characters in online multiplayer. Due to this, you may be permanently screwed out of getting 3 achievements: Alchemist, Weapon Collector and Fashionista!. You also won't be able to fully customize your characters outside of Dark History Parts, Processors and Treasure unlocks.

Okay, after 9 months of pain I think there may be a solution.

• Open the Steam console: steam:// nav/console (remove the space)
  
• Type download_depot 496810 496811 3321240845395078003 and wait for the depot to download
  
• Type C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_496810\depot_496811 in the address bar to locate it and replace the files with your current ones
  
• This should downgrade the game from v1.10 to v1.01 which the only update that I know of that has a working shop and character change for online multiplayer
  
• Online multiplayer still works from what I've seen
  
• Now you can also get Alchemist, Weapon Collector and Fashionista! achievements
