This game was going to disappoint a lot of people considering it's hard to improve on perfection. Tempering one's expectations and being forgiving can help you understand why this game won awards. Not only is this a good purchase, I recommend the Deluxe edition for the incoming content. Considering this game has only gotten better since release.

And it delivers a good story like last time. It is an excellent exercise in the fallacy of utopia while avoiding the fallacy of blaming both sides. Whatever utopia is, it is built on peace and compassion. Not "my way or the highway" or "both of you shut up"

Ok, maybe the main character could have been batter. But the atmosphere is so immersive that I feel like I'm dreaming at times. The graphics, the details, and the pacing in the main missions all make it feel like an actual adventure for Star Wars. The real gameplay is in the side missions, but that doesn't entirely ruin the main story missions, which is full of dialogue.

I don't care for the narrative. The game play is brilliant, addicting and (Ignoring the trolls) encourages everyone to work as a team. The rules of engagement are fun to abide by, and it's not too frustrating when you die. If the story didn't make me roll my eyes, it would be perfect. 4/5.

It def could be worse, but wait until it's on sale for a lest for -40%. because it's flaws make it fell like a good game, when it could have bean a grate game - held back by mistakes that can't be fixed.

The one big problem that is a sore point it's in the realm of Chaos campaign, you are pressed for time to rush the objective so there is a good chance you do not have a quality Army by the time the first portal is open. And there seems to be (regardless of difficulty) no trouble for all of your AI opponents to do the same.

This is a dramatic opposite from the last game in which it was a long haul to get the Strategic resources needed to progress the campaign. If you prefer the long game over the strict Rush is entirely up to you, I just wish there was more time before the first portal opened. And elite units can be a pain in the neck to get, depending upon your faction. I couldn't get ice guard units on my first playthrough.

Oh yeah, the protest over overpriced DLC: look, I for one don't have a problem with it. But history shows if you give the money men an inch, they'll take the yard and threaten to pull the plug afterwards if they don't get to what they want. My only advice over it is that if you want to buy the core game, be very stingy about what you buy next. My main problem of the protest is that the game is very good anyways and considering that, the criticism probably isn't going to change anything - though again, they're right to be angry and I wouldn't get in their way.

Also buggy launch. That's over now but it's only forgiven for the fact that it's fixed.

Overall, it's a very good game (the DLC as well if money isn't a concern). My particular favorite part being the siege battles actually make sense (as opposed to the last games), where you actually have to focus your defense along the walls and the towers you build. According to veterans of the other two Warhammer games, this is the first of the 3 games to mechanically encourage that. Also, I find it heartwarming to have colonies of different factions in your cities like a friendly neighbor & you can actually recruit their units for a more diverse Army - if you want to have standard imperial units to supplement your distinct Kislev units, it's difficult but possible.

Any other problems I have are too minor to mention and it reaches the high standard of grand strategy at least barely if not perfectly. And as someone that grew up with Warhammer 40,000, the dark gods of chaos are my favorite villains & have been my go-to reference for evil in the world - Tzeentch in particular for all the manipulative and ridiculous conspiracy theories out there.

And I'm glad it has introduced me to the character Katarin, who I am now a total simp for XD

4/5

4/5. I was expecting it to be like strategy game from the PlayStation.
But what I got was so much more better. The game-play is complicated but fun to get the hang of & the enchanting atmosphere we'll make you very interested in dune.

It is as advertised, underground railroad management game where you have to keep the lines going without the stations overfilling. It's worth mentioning that plenty of maps have different functions such as Tokyo, which gives you much faster trains. You still have to think carefully to reach a goal while playing, But this is one of those calm games where you can listen to a podcast well aiming for a high score.

There is the daily challenges for People that don't want the same thing twice. There is the extreme mode that doesn't let you change your tracks. Endless mode Where you can't lose no matter how badly your stations overcrowd & creative mode, Where you can do that AND place an edit stations.

And it has a Night Mode In case you thought it was going to be difficult to play after hours.

So yeah you should definitely get it because for $10 (on sale right now!), it's perfect. I'd say it's better than games that are priced for $70. Especially if you're looking for something peaceful nowadays. While it's still easy to lose, It's obviously relaxing.

I don't recommend it immediately; it needs a lot of Polish, but it's good enough to buy. But it was definitely rushed & and keeping it on your wish list for a few months would be better than taking a leap of faith and just buying it.

I disapprove of the people taking their grievances to fat shark. While it does come from a genuine place, the outrage drowns out cooler heads and gives fat shark a good reason to ignore ALL Feedback.

I've played plenty of good games, bad games, and boring games. And this game isn't boring. It's just bad bugs interfering with the good parts.
