Goodness, that guy is a depraved individual. I don't like just throwing out "attention seeker" but this is exactly what it is. And I genuinely cannot wrap my head around how someone gets so desperate for human contact that they have to make ♥♥♥♥ up and make themselves so unlikable that they receive the maximum amount of engagement with people who don't like them. That's such a self-poisoning way live.
