I had fun for the 15 hours that it took to play through.

I went back to older games cuz I ain't gonna keep pay extra for tracks I have elsewhere.

Stopped playing it cuz they focused on just pvp/wvw and couldn't be bothered to even flush out the lore and story.

Music, UI, Voice acting, Combat, A world to explore. And I don't have to buy a new graphics card to play (my 1050 runs 43-60 fps). They really nailed this one. Although obviously a PVP designed game, I play PVE exclusively. And its really a PVE game if you choose.

Runs smooth and lets me stay immersed in the game. Zero major glitches. Worst I could fine was a couple of minor issues that didn't affect gameplay.

Played the open beta for 51 hours also. Would start over from scratch again.

Rewards exploration. No surprises with mechanics. Sound, especially music, is really really good. Take your time and enjoy it and you'll burn ten hours too.

I really tried to like this. But the more I play it, the more it frustrates me. Who fishes with quick-time events? And worse, let a guy fish 100 times and get used to it but when you get a GOOD fish, go ahead and throw in a new quick-time event you never saw before. Game is full of that kind of "Screw-you player" kind of crap.

Wanted to like. Hate.

I hate the controls on this. Who plays a keyboard like this. Just can't put up with it.

You have to run the EXE files as administrator to get this to run.
Uninstalled until they can program like a modern company.

OMG, How could you get a steering wheel so wrong.

I can recommend based on my personal preferences for play. Yours may differ.
* I don't like PVP and I can easily stay out of it.
* I like playing solo or with one friend and that is super easy to do and still make progress without penalty.
* I like to get into my character/stories/enviroment and here the graphics and questing system make the difference.
* I don't need to be in a guild to play decently.
* The community here is helpful and nice. Makes a difference.

FYI: My low hours are because I switched to steam just recently. I've been playing this for years.
