Laggy and buggy.
Achievements unobtainable because of bugs. Patches do not help at all, devs might not even tried to fix those issues. For some achievements to drop needed to use fully wiped PC with fresh steam install.
Game is laggy even on a RTX 4080.
Cities Skylines 1 was a lot better.

Great game. Played it some time ago and returned back to play more. Many overhaul mods which add whole lot new game play.
Really love that it can run on any OS

Nicely built incremental game. Doesn't require to babysit waiting for thousands of hours, you will finish it in about 30-50h.

TLDR: Game is better optimised now, still repetitive but story is good.

Previously did not recommend it due to poor optimisation.
Currently - it's decent. Clearly somewhere could be patched something, as on 4080 in 4K it somewhat struggles in many areas which is quite odd as it is essentially reskinned Fallout 4. At least it supports DLSS which was added after some weeks of waiting to happen.

Storyline is good, with many options how to answer and many side quests also. Replayable as it has NG+ buit in, with some changes to the main story (quite hilarious actually).
All in all quest are great.

As the glitches and optimisation made better, some issues still spoil the impression.
1) Same animations for landing, docking and undocking, warping over and over. You will see it many many times, even more if you want achievements done. At least Bethesda could add more variability to it or add ability to disable those animations.
2) LVL Grinding for achievement is just too much. Finished main part of the game with some amount of side quests being ~50 LVL with 50 more to go.
