It does exactly what you can see in the videos here, without being resource intensive at all. With how many workshop items there are for it it's almost impossible that you won't find a background that you'll absolutely love.

Also, it can be set up to auto-start and you don't really have to interact with the application at all once you've set it up how you want it to be.
