These allow for the CPU to run cooler thus allowing it to hold higher clocks longer (Thermal throttle triggers at 76 degrees).

Custom power plan with no power saving features enabled. (Core wake up times dramatically improved)
These add bonus latency reduction and smoothness in games and desktop experience.
Capped speed to 4450 MHz by removing the 2 core boost which has improved performance due to lack of power saving settings.


Personal Notes:
Chip could easily get 4.8GHz ~ 5GHz if AMD would unlock the multiplier. No voltage increase over stock is required.

It's possible to slightly overclock via BCLK. This is dangerous however since it OCs everything. This can cause drive corruption since I don't have an external clock generator on my motherboard. Not worth it to get 4650Mhz All-Core at best.
