Thanks for getting rid of the bots that were plaguing the game as well as unmuting free to play players. What must be done immediately is bringing back quickplay. Many people agree that quickplay is a superior system that will be healthier for Team Fortress 2 in the long run. The game functioned flawlessly with quickplay and functions sub-optimally with casual matchmaking. #BringBackQuickplay
