its the most fun ive had in a fighting game in a while that isnt a total sweat fest

its so crazy to me that this game is STILL getting massive updates 9 years after it came out, and not only that, but the game is at the highest player count its ever had

the game naturally has a really fast pace, the quake movement and speed of the game is something i really like about half life that i dont think i see anywhere in modern games, makes it probably one of the best speedrunning games imo. however i think acting like this game is objectively the greatest fps of all time is a huge stretch and there are a ton of things i don't like about it. but itll always be one of my favorite games

Clearly rushed development, bugs so common that you could mistake it for a playtest build, the game crashes if you look at it the wrong way, items that range from *okay* to ruining your run for having the audacity to pick them up, balancing that is basically non-existent, new survivors that are either recycled Hopoo ideas or completely devoid of inspiration, no new abilities for any of the original survivors, general Gearbox jank that they will likely never fix so that the modding community has to do it for them...

AAA game studios are a poison
