I can't belive it, Final Patch. You made it, all the way through.

When I heard about BG3 for the 1st time in its very early stages I expected to be "just another RPG game but with Baldurs Gate as title while having no relation to the actual saga". And even worse, they were selling a 4 part game while only having less than 1 act actually done, like some another crowdfunded pre-released and never finished game. On top of that, Divinity 2 didn't punch me at all and I couldn't make 4 hours straight because I wasn't enjoying the system nor did find the narrative of my taste.

Once they got to Act 3 the hype in the community became a thing, but I couldn't care less about it, felt even a bit insulted like if it was casting a shade over the incredible BG1 and BG2, my childhood favorite games from all times, I grew up playing those as if nothing so large and deep could be ever done again.

Well, as I became more adult, I forced myself to watch some horrendous popular and controversial films/series over the years so I could make an educated criticism about why are bad in my opinion, and sometimes expecting the lowest form of art I found real jewells. Thats what happent to me when I started playing BG3, it wasn't an horrible advetures film, it felt like the true next gen of those old school RPG games. More so, Larian convinced me again and again that they were worthy of my economic support by adding so dilligently more and more content.

Until now. They considere this long journey over, this is the Final Patch.

Do I recommend the game? Absolutly, full price, showing full appreciation for a well done game, a full of love project, and a worthy continuation of Baldurs Gate Saga.

10/10 game, dev transparency/support and marketing policies. You are brilliant.

I'm growing tired of this b*llsh*t CA. Every DLC has less content and is more overpriced, and then you split 1 DLC into 3 parts that cost 1 third more than did yesterday.

This is BS.

By CA's logic i should cash for starting a job, cash again so I keep working during the day and cash again everytime I'm asked to do anything, by an amount equal to x1.25 what the contract said I was getting paid everyday. Ofc I'm joking but if a boss says you have to work x3 what you are legally binded to do or you say you'll get paid x3 for the same work, It wont end well or its something illegal or unethical, probably both. I dont get why CA gets away with it splitting DLCs, releasing this half-baked patches that break the game or the workshop when not both, and keeps pressuring with this predatory practices.

Did you just split a 20€ DLC into 3x9€ DLC? Are you kidding me? The same day you broke the entire workshop with something so menial as capital letters?

Dude you are shameless

Game is nice, thanks to the modding community is extraordinary.

However their DLC policy its indecent, they ban players and modders that criticize them regardless the amount of support behind them, and the pricing per content is criminal.

Game deserves a thumbs up, CA does not.

Fun & Free. Scratches the itch for Vtm until Bloodlines 2 or between Bloodlines 1 runs.

Another Vtm cursed game tho, shame the devs didn't keep working on more content. But they still patch bugs and keep diligent maintenance, even present in steam discussions.

Big thumbs up

PDX business practices are so toxic that I'm more concerned over my health than my wallet at this point

The game was dead enough without Paradox making the modders' work even harsher and totally dependent of them. Another game that went bad because of their wrong policies and greed.

All nations directly adressed in this DLC forcebly need many DLC to collect all their mechanics.

Some stuff seems ripped off from mods.

The privileges are kinda bland and should've been for free.

This should've been tagged correctly as a Immersion Pack and should cost half what it actually costs. I payed half and yet feel scammed, it's a shame since they actually did it mostly alright with Origins and Lions of the North.
