Description
Mod Purpose:
Optimizes game textures that are not included in the tiles, increases performance
Features:
• Improving texture quality without losing performance
• Increase performance without losing texture quality
• Balanced performance increase
• Significant performance increase at the cost of losing texture quality
How to install:
Activate in game, or overwrite game files
Compatibility:
Compatible with any mod, depends only on the order of installation. If you want this mod overwrite another mod, it must be lower on the list of that mod
Restrictions:
I give permission to use and edit my mod

This mod is outdated and I decided to replace it with the mod [B41] Every Texture Optimized

Could you maybe do a similar mod that would just up the skills by like 3 levels only ? 9 Aiming seems just way too OP

Mod Sounds Great!, I have tried hosting a Local MP Server with Balanced, but for some reason when I pick Police Officer; it still says Aiming is only level 3. HOWEVER, when I use this in SP it registers +9 Aiming. Am I doing something wrong by any chance?
