Fix fullscreen in mode DX12 / Исправление полноэкранного режима в DX12

I ran into the issue of relegating the game in full-screen mode using DirectX 12 and did not find a guide to fix this flight, neither on Steam nor in Google, there were some videos, but they did not help me fix my problem, and the problem of many other users. I decided to fix this problem by trial and error, and found a universal method of fixing the error, both for NVIDIA owners and AMD owners.
P.S. The translation was made using Google, I hope not too crooked translated.

Я столкнулся с проблемой вылета игры в полноэкранном режиме с использованием DirectX 12 и не нашел гайда по исправлению этого вылета, ни в Steam ни в гугл, были некоторые видео, но они мне не помогли исправить мою проблему, и проблему многих других пользователей. Я же решил исправить эту проблему путем проб и ошибок, и нашел универсальный метод исправления ошибки, как для владельцев NVIDIA, так и для владельцев AMD.

It will not be difficult.

We go in the folder with the settings of the game, most likely the path to the folder will be something like this -> C:\Users\"Your name"\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division
In the folder with the game settings, click the file state.cfg
Now the most important thing, on the screenshot I noted two points, do it yourself as well.
(The first point I emphasized is the original fullscreen, it should always be false, as it breaks the game, the second item does fullscreen in the window, in this mode you get fullscreen without frames and without departures, it should be true).

P.S. Sometimes the game can fly out at the entrance, do not worry, try to restart.

Заходим в папку с настройками игры, скорее всего путь к папке будет примерно такой -> C:\Users\"Ваше имя"\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division
В папке с настройками игры нажмите файл state.cfg
Теперь самое главное, на скриншоте я отметил два пункта, сделайте у себя также.
(Первый пункт, который я подчеркнул, делает оригинальный fullscreen, он всегда должен быть false, так как он ломает игру, второй пункт делает fullscreen в окне, в этом режиме вы получаете fullscreen без рамок и без вылетов, он должен быть true).

P.S. Иногда игра может вылететь при входе, ничего страшного попробуйте перезайти.

Вот установил через епик гейм стор на дэку, включаю, Античмт крутит крутит и все, стопор

Also this reminds me those good old days when you were modding the game by adding new files to the folder of the game manually and changing game logs... Too bad it's mostly gone.

Cool, thanks man, I'll give it a try later on.

I'm having the same problem with my PC running on win10, thought this was connected with using TV's maxed resolution (but then it started crashing on low res as well so...).
Also it's impossible to send crash report to Ubisoft fsr...

А у меня вот вчера вообще намертво повесила ноут, видео 1060 3гб, всё на ультре, 50-60 фпс, на дх12 раньше вылетала, поставил дх11, вроде играю норм, и тут виснет всё. С другими играми нормально

Кстати, советую вообще не использовать дх12, играл на нем какое-то время и он крайне не стабильный, игра часто вылетает и фпс не стабильный, фризы лаги и в целом работает хуже чем дх11 - буста фпс либо нет, а если есть то это того не стоит.
