File Locations
Go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dino D-Day\dinodday\sound

It should look like this:

Character Sound Location

In the main sound folder, the character folders are already present. If you want them all in one place go to the "player" folder. (VO folder within the Player folder has the human voices.)

IMPORTANT EDIT: If you want to replace player sounds, be sure to replace in both the VO folder and in the regular folder in the sound directory.

German humans have one shared voice for the 3 of them.

If you want to replace the announcers, either go to the Alwin folder in the main sound directory or the FDR folder.

Weapons are in the Weapons folder. (Duh.)

Music is in the Music folder. (Duh.)
  • Hardgrave's one punch man music is labelled "guts_music.mp3." Note that guts_scratch is a .wav file: scratch is the record scratch that plays if you die while in one punch man mode.

Replacing Sound
DISCLAIMER: You probably need to make any sound mods you want yourself since I checked on Gamebanana and there's about 2 sound mods up there.

Dino D Day .wav files are in 16-bit format.

IF YOU REPLACE SOUNDS WITH 32-BIT FORMAT YOU WILL GET EAR-RAPINGLY LOUD STATIC!

That being said, find a suitable .wav file to replace what sound you want.

Let's replace the 2 T-Rex roars with some memey goodness as seen below.

Download links are in the video description.

IMPORTANT: Open that video up in a browser so you can actually download it.

Alternatively, assuming steam doesn't remove this link,

{LINK REMOVED}

:(

If you want to make your own, I recommend Audacity. This isn't an Audacity tutorial so I won't go over how to use it but it's fairly simple. REMEMBER TO EXPORT YOUR .WAV FILES IN 16-BIT!

Once you have your .wav or .mp3, just copy it into the folder where the original sound was. Be sure to back up the original sounds somewhere in case you ♥♥♥♥ up or you want to go back.

If you have any questions leave them in the comments.

Happy modding!

Make sure the bitrate of the new audio file is identical to the old one

My voicelines come out as low pitch in-game for some reason
