Thanks all for your interest in this 2.5 year old guide. There are no current plans for a written guide. It's also out of date, so big opportunity for you to learn the game and write your own to fill this gap! All the best.

This looks interesting, if possible text based please. I just can't stand video tutorials, so I'll have to pass on this one. The main problem with video tutorials is that, pause and rewind are often necessary.
I mean the pace of it is decided by the maker. Everyone is different. I am rather thick, so need to go slow and re-read key points. Not really viable with video. Thanks all the same.
