Hey, I just put together a quick guide as a reference for your race car setups during the European Racing Series. The numbers may differ per car/racer however these numbers should get you close to perfect which you can adjust as needed.

I can also share "perfect setups" aka all 3 purple setups for both cars, for 9 straight seasons in ERS if you want to have it (excel file) - just message me here on Steam. As carbon already stated, those may differ for you since I used Hong Liao and Shen Qi as 1st and 2nd driver for all 9 seasons and setups can be affected with paths you take in part development. Although, they can provide sufficient data that you won't need to change much -- as in you will only probably need to take some minor changes to achieve what's best for your team/cars. This way (if you are not save-scummer like me) you can get your sweet race/qualli bonuses maxed out for each race and save time messing around with those sliders. :)

I cant find the mod - has anyone got an up to date version I could get off them?
Doing manual setups before every race can get damn boring after a while.

I don't enjoy this part of the game and find it tedious. There's a nice mod that gives you a perfect setup every time cleverly named PerfectSetupMod.
