Achievement Notes.
First and foremost, achievement hunters beware, Pahelika: Secret Legends has had achievement problems since its release and to this day Jigsaw Lover will not unlock. As such, it is not possible to legitimately 100% this game.

Pahelika: Secret Legends does not have any difficulty related achievements, however, to obtain the maximum 94% completion, you will need to complete the game twice, one full run and a second speed run, skipping puzzles and using cheats (there's an achievement for using cheats coded in the game).

There are quite a few missable achievements but with two playthroughs there are two opportunities.
Achievements, 1st Playthrough.
In your first playthrough of Pahelika: Secret Legends, you must complete all puzzles never using the skip or cheat features.

Scholar.
Complete the tutorial.
This achievement unlocks when you open the book you find in a chest during the intro tutorial section and is unmissable.
Beginner.
Complete Stage 1.
This achievement unlocks when you finish assembling the book at the end of the intro tutorial and is unmissable.
Veteran.
Complete Stage 4.
This achievement unlocks when you finish the end of the 3rd Challenge (the level with the Fairy Garden/Hut) and is unmissable.
No Brainer.
Complete a Stage without using any hints.
This achievement unlocks when you finish the end of the 1st Challenge (the Wizard tower level) and is unmissable.
Expert.
Complete Stage 5.
This achievement unlocks when you finish the end of the 4th Challenge (the ice level) and is unmissable.
Finisher.
Complete the entire game.
This achievement unlocks during the final storyboard section at the end of the 6th and final challenge and is unmissable.
Slider Ace.
Solve all the slider puzzles without skipping.
There is a total of 5 slider puzzles in Pahelika: Secret Legends, the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Challenges have one slider puzzle each and the 6th has 2, there are none in the 3rd challenge. Do not skip any and when you complete the 5th slider puzzle during the 6th challenge it will unlock. This achievement is missable.
First Time Lucky.
Complete the Pressure Balancing minigame in your first attempt.
At the end of the 5th challenge you have to start a boiler up to power the teleporter, the final stage of starting the boiler is a mini game to regulate the pressure. This game takes the form of keeping the gauge needle in the green zone by tapping the left and right buttons.

If you keep the needle in the green zone for long enough, you will complete the puzzle and unlock this achievement, fail and you will have to try the game again and not obtain this achievement and as you have to skip the mini games on your 2nd playthrough a 3rd playthrough will be required if you miss it on your 1st.
Memorizer.
Complete the Memory Minigame within 60 Seconds.
Firstly the memory games are the ones with the covered images where you have to find matching pairs, secondly in the achievement description, replace "the" with "a". There are just two memory games in Pahelika: Secret Legends, one during the 3rd challenge and the second in the 6th and as you have to skip the puzzles in your second playthrough to get an achievement, you only have two chances at this or you will need a 3rd playthrough.
Puzzle Master.
Complete all the minigames, without skipping any one of them.
Do not skip any of the mini games during this playthrough and during the final story board at the end of the 6th challenge this achievement will pop.
Hardcore.
Complete the game without using hints.
Do not use any hints during this playthrough and during the final story board at the end of the 6th challenge this achievement will pop.
Achievements, 2nd Playthrough.
On your second playthrough of Pahelika: Secret Legends, you must not only skip all mini games and puzzles, you must also skip all story book intro movies and play as quickly as possible as there are achievements related to skipping the mini games and also for completing your second run in under 1 hour.

This second playthrough is best played straight after you finish the first while everything is fresh in your mind. If at any time you get stuck, do not pause, exit the game, find out what ever you need and then load it back up, if you remember everything and skip the movies and games as quickly as possible you can complete the game in about 40 mins, so there is some leaway.

One final note, when skipping puzzles / mini games the skip button is at first greyed out and must charge before you can press it, as for the storyboard movies, pressing skip does not skip the entire intro, you will have to spam the skip button right to the end of the movie.

Easy Exit.
Skip any minigame.
In your second playthrough of Pahelika: Secret Legends you must skip every mini game, this achievement unlocks when you skip the first Sequence Puzzle during the first challenge.
Expert Gamer.
Complete the game twice.
This achievement unlocks during the storyboard finale at the end of the 6th challenge when you finish the game for a second time.
I Am In A Hurry.
Complete entire game within an hour.
During your second playthrough you need to be quick, skip all storyboard intros, mini games and puzzles, this achievement unlocks when you finish the end of the 6th Challenge if you complete the entire game in less than 1 hour.
Fast Mind.
Solve a Stage within 5 minutes.
As per the I Am In A Hurry achievement you need to play the second playthrough as quickly as possible, if you don't earn it before, the 6th and final challenge is very easy to complete in under 5 minutes skipping the storyboard intros and puzzles.
Take It Easy Policy.
Skip all minigames.
I've said it enough times already, during the second playthrough you must skip all mini games, if you do this then this achievement unlocks at the end of the 6th and final challenge.

After your second playthrough of Pahelika: Secret Legends, there will be two achievements that remain locked, Jigsaw Lover, which can't be unlocked as it is broken and Cheater!, to unlock this final attainable achievement will require a few more minutes of your time.

Cheater!.
Play The Game With Cheats Enabled.
To unlock Cheater!, go back to the main menu, select profile and create a new profile called "ictester", delete your old profile used for your 1st and 2nd playthrogh (checking that you have unlocked all other achievements first) and then start the game once more.

Skip all the storyboard intro movies and a few seconds after the intro tutorial section of the game starts the Cheater! achievement will pop.

A quick final note, I have to confess I do not actually know what enabling cheats does or whether you can use this for your second playthrough to make it any quicker or easier. As I couldn't find any details about this and I didn't want to waste any more time on this rather sub par game I didn't want to risk it in the event other achievements did not pop. By all means give it a go if you wish, just know it only takes a couple of mins to trigger it at the end of your second playthrough if you don't.
