Alpha pillars

Description
Sets alpha pillars for comfortable review. Any objects are clickable through pillars.
The alpha of each pillar is set 10% - 100% in the settings:
1) Atrium pillar
2) Algae pillar
3) Cave pillar
4) Cave flintless pillar
5) Cave rock pillar
6) Ruins pillar
7) Stalactite pillar
8) Tentacle pillar
9) Archive pillar
10) Archive chandelier

...and other pillars

The scrolling changing configs' values is still there and i think that it is an issue with your code because i never saw that bug in any other mod.

if you see this, then it's problem of the klei code on options page or impact of another client mod.

I'm having a weird issue where scrolling on the config screen (mousewheel or dragging the scroll bar) will seem to modify config values while I scroll. I can record a video if needed to demonstrate it.
