Rising Island Achievement Guide + Crystals
By Javo Vidar
First guide, but this guide shows you how to get all the achievements and more importantly the crystal locations.

I was playing the game and got to a point where I just wanted to complete it and be done with it, but no one had a guide so I made my own. The yellow crystals were the biggest pain besides the levels themselves so I hope this guide helps.

First of Many
You get this achievement by dying or failing for the first time.

Die for the first time by ether falling off, getting shocked, sawed, ect. Just jump off to get it, the only penalty is respawning back to a "safe" area.

Before falling off.

After jumping falling off.
First Steps
Complete the tutorial in the first few seconds of the game.

Jump around the easy obstacles and get to the exit at the end.

Just starting the tutorial.

Go threw this opening to complete the tutorial.
Sticky Walls
Run on a wall for the first time.

Wall run on the wall just beyond the blue gate at the start of Grasslands to get this one.
So Shiny
Collecting your first crystal.

The crystals in the first level are super obvious so you shouldn't have a problem with this one, but just incase the crystals of all levels are listed lower in the guide.
The Collector
Collect all of the 7 crystals in one level.

If your completing the game then chances are you found all of the 7 Grasslands crystals without my guide, but I have the crystals listed lower in the guide for Grasslands.
One Crystal at a Time
Collect your first crystal at the end of a level.

Basically beat the first level of the game, Grasslands.
Jumper
Jump using one of the jump pads.

You should grab this achievement in the Tropical level, since its impossible to continue the game without it making it an easy achievement.
Reclaiming the Land
Beat the first world.

Collect all the green crystals at the end of the levels from the first world. This one you get by story progression.
Dashing
Dash for the first time.

This achievement is story progression and you first use the dash in World 2 in the level Chill.
The Grind
Grind on a rail for the first time.

This can be first found in World 2 Slippery Slopes level. Its required to have to progress the game.
Cold Stones
Beat the second world.

Collect all the blue crystals at the end of the levels in the second world. Its a story progession achievement so its easy to get.
The Final Piece + Balance Restored
Beat the final world and collect all 13 end of the level crystals.

Collect the purple crystals at the end of the levels in the final world, beating the game. Basically both achievements are given at the exact same time so I paired them.
Speed Needs
Complete one time trial level.

Just finish one of the time trials that you can access in the main menu. I've had some slight problems with this one, I played one of the world 2 levels that no one had played and it didn't give it to me. I played the first level, Grasslands, on time trials and then it gave it to me so I assume just play a few of them till it clicks.
Completionist
Collect every single one of the 77 yellow crystals.

Find and collect all of the 77 yellow crystals. Some are harder to find then others and since, at the time, there where no guides so I made one to make this achievement easier. The listing for the crystals are below if you need them.
World 1 Grasslands Crystals
These crystals have very little to no challege to get besides some jumps timed correctly.

Crystal 1: It's just beyond the blue wall up the path to the left, It's super easy to see. (I accidentally collected it before the picture so it appears gray.)

Crystal 2: Just up the path from the first crystal, it's just behind the rock to the left of the red wall.

Crystal 3: Just up the red wall to the left out in the open.

Crystal 4: Go up the blue wall and back jump to the island behind you. You should see it in between the blue wall and the red wall. Time your jump correctly and grab that crystal.

Crystal 5: This one might be tricky. Right after the 4th crystal you wall run on the red wall and you'll see it inbetween the red wall your on and the blue wall your running towards. Time your jump correctly and grab that crystal however if you fail just die and try again.

Crystal 6: Walk down the path to the tower like structure and jump over the hole and grab the crystal.

Crystal 7: Wall jump from the red wall, to the blue walls, the back to a red wall and it should be right infront of you once you land on the island.
World 1 Tropical Crystals
These crystals are not hard to find but some could be little tricky to time the jumps.

Crystal 1: Once you enter the level, its infront of you little bit to the left.

Crystal 2: Jump down the red platform, switch it to blue and it should be to the left of the blue wall. (I accidentally collected this one so it appears grey. 2nd time done.)

Crystal 3: Run on the red wall and jump onto to red platform and grab the crystal.

Crystal 4: Use the red jump pad and while jumping, switch colors and run up the blue wall to see the crystal right infront of you.

Crystal 5: Use the red jump pad, run on the blue wall and land on the red platform. The crystal should be should be on the island right before the red wall.

Crystal 6: This one might be a tad tricky. Jump on the red wall then to the blue wall, inbetween the next blue wall and the one your on the crystal is right there.

Crystal 7: Jump off the red wall to the red jump pad and land on the island. Before you end the level walk to the tree to the right of the island and the crystal is right there.
World 1 Step it Up Crystals
None of these are hard to find at all.

Crystal 1: This one is just beyond the blue electricity behind the tree.

Crystal 2: Go past the red and blue electricity and jump onto the blue platform then to the island. the crystal should be to the right of the small tree on the island.

Crystal 3: Walk or run down the path and go up the hill to the red wall. It's halfway up sitting on mushrooms to the right.

Crystal 4: Wall run on the blue wall then switch colors before the blue electricty to wall run on the red wall. The crystal should be to the left before the path inbetween two trees.

Crystal 5: Walk past the statue and go to the little small stucture to the left and the crystal is right there.

Crystal 6: Wall run the blue and red walls and switch colors before you hit the blue and red electricity. Wall run up the blue wall and the crystal is to the far right of the blue wall you just climbed.

Crystal 7: Jump down from the platform and the crystal is right behind you.
World 1 Old Acquaintance Crystals
These crystals are not hard just time the color changing platforms make this level a bit spicy.

Crystal 1: Once you enter the level, the crystal is to your immediate left next to the tree.

Crystal 2: Right after the first crystal, jump up the rock platforms and the crystal should be right before the color changing platforms.

Crystal 3: Right after you collect crystal 2, jump over the color changing platforms and up the blue wall. The crystal should be to the left right next to the bent over tree.

Crystal 4: This crystal is on the second color changing platform on the right. Time the jumps and the color changes to grab it.

Crystal 5: Right after the color changing platforms, run on ether color wall and right past the columns and to left of the fire is the crystal.

Crystal 6: Choose either path to go down just beware the purple bullets. The crystal is on the other side of the wall in between the two paths.

Crystal 7: Run on the blue and red walls to the small island. The crystal will be to the left of the bridge.
World 2 Chill Crystals
These crystals are pretty easy once you get used to your new dash power.
Crystal 1: Right when you enter the level the crystal is to the right of the starting stone structure.

Crystal 2: Run up the blue wall and jump threw the red jump pads till you reach the island with the crystal and it'll be on the right of the island.

Crystal 3: Right after you get the second crystal, jump and dash across the large gap toward the blue door. The crystal should be in the middle of the small island.

Crystal 4: After the third crystal, Do not go to the blue door! Instead jump down to the platform below and climb up the red and blue walls. The crystal should be right infront of you before the next red wall. (Going the blue door way will have you skip crystal 4 and crystal 5)

Crystal 5: Run on the red wall then dash to the blue wall (careful what angle you face when you hit the wall) and run on the blue wall. Dash to the next blue wall and up to the gazebo like stucture and the crystal is right there.

Crystal 6: Go across the red platforms and dash to the blue platform to the ground. The crystal is to the left near the tree.

Crystal 7: Use the red and blue platforms to get to higher ground and the crystal is right infront of the red wall.
World 2 Slippery Slopes Crystals
This crystals are painfully obvious to see.

Crystal 1: This one is easy! Walk from the start of the level to the bridge and jump on the snow platform on your right and collect the crystal.

Cyrstal 2: From the platfrom the first crystal was on, jump to the other snow platform and grind the blue rail to collect the crystal.

Crystal 4: Grind on the red rail and the blue rail and jump and dash at the snow platform the crystal is on, collecting the crystal. If you miss the crystal, walk back to the blue rail and jump and grind on it. This will give you enough power to reach it with a dash.

Crystal 3: From the third crystal, walk down and the crystal will be on the left wood deck. (Yes I know crystals 3 and 4 are out of order, but its easy to do this way and i do not know why its not labled better.)

Crystal 5: Grind on the red rail and run on the blue wall. The crystal will be on the very next blue rail.

Crystal 6: Right after the fifth crystal on the blue rail, jump down and go up the stairs and the crystal will be to the left of you.

Crystal 7: Walk to the end blue crystal and climb the right stone wall and jump on the snow platform to the crystals platform and collect the crystal.
World 2 White Stones Crystals
The snow platforms are the trouble in this level. Try your best to navigate to get to the crystals.

Crystal 1: Go threw the gates from the start of the level and the crystal is under the fallen arch.

Crystal 2: Run on the red wall change before you hit the red electricity. The crystal is in the blue electricity.

Crystal 3: Go past the red electricity and dash jump to the other side. The crystal is to the right of the blue wall.

Crystal 4: Run up and trigger the switch and quickly jump on the platforms and grab the crystal.

Crystal 5: Grind on both red and blue rails and grab the crystal on the highest snow platform. Careful jumping from the red to blue since its not lined up. If you fail, just jump off and the game will respawn you before the red rail.

Crystal 6: This is the maze of blue and red walls. Go through the first red wall and turn right, then go through the blue wall and the crystal is right there.

Crystal 7: Careful of these snow platforms, the small ones arn't a problem it's the big one that is tricky. Jump the platforms and dash jump to the crystal in the middle of the long snow platform if you want to get past this area.
World 2 Ice Cold Crystals
The terrain is probably the harder part of this level instead of finding the crystals. I had problems with the red bomb near the two blue walls and blue electricityies.

Crystal 1: The crystal is out the starting gate to the right of the blue wall.

Crystal 2: To the right of the blue wall is stone tower and inside the crack is the crystal.

Crystal 3: From the second crystal, go up the blue wall and use the red jump pad. The crystal is to the far right on its own.

Crystal 4: Grind the red and blue rails then you have a choice to grind on 2 red rails or 2 blue rails. (I recommend the red rails.) After those rails are blue electricity and a blue wall and on the left is the crystal.

Crystal 5: There is a bunch of snow platforms and a blue door and the Purple enemy on top of the door. Carefully navigate the snow platforms, dodging the enemy blasts, and getting past the blue door. The crystal is on the left past the blue door.

Crystal 6: Continuing from the fifth crystal, run on the red wall and dash jump to the other side. The crystal is on the left near the trees.

Crystal 7: Time the jumps and get to the other side of the moving platforms. The crystal will be on the other side near the tree on the left.
World 3 Dangerous Domain Crystals
These crystals get weird and out of order. I list them in the path I took to get them and tried to use the best pictures for it. This level is the reason I wanted to make the guide.

Crystal 1: From the starting gate go left and go up the red and blue platforms. Don't go up the rest of the way, the crystal is on the left near the purple craked rock.

Crystal 2: Run on the blue and red wall and dash jump to the next red wall. The crystal is right behind the next red wall. (The game labels this as Crystal 4!)

Crystal 3: This one is on the other side of the canyon. Run up the red and blue walls and on the top the crystal is beyond the red wall near the stone tower.

Crystal 4: Right before you go up the ramp to the big door to the next area, go to the right and see the crystal right there. (The game labels this as Crystal 2!)

Crystal 5: From the forth crystal (or the games second) go to the big door and enter the new area, but go right immediately and its right there.

Crystal 6: Run up the red wall and becareful not to fall off. The crystal is on the other side of the bridge.

Crystal 7: Continuing from the sixth crystal, jump down from the bridge and turn around. The crystal is behind the support for the bridge.
World 3 Gates of Terror Crystals
This level can be a pain for some and a cake walk for others.

Crystal 1: Out the gate you want to take the left path. Run on either red or blue wall and switch carefully dodging the rotating saws. Jump onto the snow platforms and go past red and blue electricity walls and purple bullets. The crystal is on the left of the platform.

Crystal 2: On the right path, jump from the red and blue platforms, dodging the saws. On the other side run up the red wall and the crystal is left.

Crystal 3: Going through the newly opened large doors, follow the blue or red lava back to the lava fall and the crystal right there.

Crystal 4: Head up to the top of the stairs and before you go past the giant statue, go right towards the railing and collect the crystal.

Crystal 5: Go past the statue and up the stairs. The crystal is to the right when you get to the top.

Crystal 6: Dash jump to the red wall and run it up to see the crystal to your left.

Crystal 7: Jump down from where the sixth crystal was and go the other path. Run up the blue wall and see it on the left.
World 3 Final Showdown Crystals
Last level! Trust me when I say you don't want to miss any of these and have to redo the level, this level is a major pain.

Crystal 1: Right off the bat run on the red and blue walls while dodging the 2 rotating saws. The crystal is on the other side next to the rocks on the left.

Crystal 2: The crystal is on the left set of ice platforms on the second platform past the saw. Time it and grab that crystal.

Crystal 3: From the second crystal on the other side, wall run on the blue and red wall. Back jump to the platform and grab the crystal thats on the left.

Crystal 4: Run on the red platform and jump past the rotating saw and land on the blue platfomr. The crystal is down the path to the left.

Crystal 5: Before you go to the blue jump pad, go right and collect the crystal there.

Crystal 6: This one kills. You need to time your jumps extremely carefully to get past the 2 red walls and electricity then the 2 blue walls and electricity. The crystal is behind the first pillar on the left. Honestly I dash jump to the end of the red wall then dash jump to the end of the blue wall and dash jump to the other side.

Crystal 7: Grind the rail and jump on to blue wall and run on the wall and time your jump to grab the crystal.
