В общем как я решил проблему с запуском лаунчера который крашился и не давал играть в игру . Заходим в стим , свойства , бета , там выбираем temporary_launcher_workaround -bypass launcher , проводим проверку файлов ( кэша игры ) и стартуем в библиотеке а не на рабочем столе . Вам выдаст 2 варианта запуска , обычный вархаммер верментайд 2 и bypass launcher , жмем 2 вариан и игра запускается без лаунчера . 2 вопрос который встал у меня вчера это ошибка сервера , сегодня такой проблемы нет пока что , но все же . Качаем OpenVPN или если вам удобно любой другой впн , кто то ниже описывал с помощью TunnelBear , в моем случае удобнее OpenVPN , пользовался им для игры в for honor в свое время . Как установили заходим на этот сайт http://www.vpngate.net/en/ , выбираем нужный вам регион и качаем OpenVPN
Config file UDP , после вставляем скаченный файл в папку openvpn , в моем случае это C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config . Запускаем впн , видим в левом нижнем углу значек монитора серого , запускаем , ждем проверки и заходим в игру , после загрузки в цитадель можно отключать .
