All Weapons

This will give you instant access to all (six) extra guns in the game, medi packs and flares:

Uzis (Double)

Automatic Pistol (Double)

M16 Assault Rifle

Grenade Launcher

Harpoon Gun

Cheat Code: : Light a flare (/ key), hold [SHIFT] then walk one step forward, walk one step back, turn around three times in either direction (360 degrees), then back flip. This cheat also provides extra medi-packs, unlike in the first game. This code will not work on the last level: Home Sweet Home.

Level Skip

This will allow you to skip your current level and start at the beginning of the next one. While you can skip forward, you cannot skip backwards.

Cheat Code: Light a flare (/ key), hold [SHIFT] then walk one step forward, walk one step back, turn around three times in either direction (360 degrees), then jump forward.

Exploding Lara Croft

Execute either of the above cheat codes, but without equiping a flare.

Unlimited Ammo

This will allow you to have unlimited ammo for all weapons, unlimited flares and unlimited medi-packs.

Cheat Code: When you finish the game, do not turn it off. Start a new game and you'll have unlimited ammo from that point forward.

Cheat codes will still work if you turn around two times instead of three.

If you cannot light a flare, because the key does not work, as it was for me on a QWERTZ keyboard here in germany, you can also start by lighting a flare from your menu. Just continue with the 2nd step and so on. For me, it worked for the weapon cheat.
