All Unlockable Weapons & Locations
By Bjojo
This guide will help you by giving all the locations of the unlockable weapons. Sometimes they are hard to get so don't expect a Silent Assassin when getting these! We will be going through them per category. Also, some pistols are silenced so I will specify if they are or not. The rest of the guns just make a lot of noise... Enjoy!

Snub Nosed

This is the Snub Nosed as you can tell by the title. It's a small revolver, but it does do a lot of damage if you can aim your shots well. About 2 shots should do the job on medium to short ranges. It IS NOT silenced so do expect trouble when you shoot it.

You can find this gun on the body of Fernando Delgado in the mission "A Vintage Year". He is in the main house playing his Cello upstairs in a locked room, but if you go into the kitchen-like area (with the kitchen knife) you can go outside and climb the drainpipe for an easy infiltration. Guards in "Death on the Mississippi" also have it on them.
Slp.40 .S

This Slp.40 .S is basically the silenced version of the Slp.40 Pistol we will talk about later. Any ammo you pick up for the Slp.40 Pistol, which can be a lot in some missions, will add up to this gun's total ammo count as well, which can make it more useful than a Silverballer with the standard ammo capacity of about 36. It is not upgradeable and sometimes not really accurate, but on close range I would take this over the Silverballer. It IS silenced.

You can find this gun on the female bird target Angelina Mason in the mission "The Murder of Crows". She is roaming around the place and doesn't have a set pattern all the time, but you will get her eventually. Also, Hendrik Schmutz in a later mission "A House of Cards" has the gun on him. The easiest way to get it, is by waiting in the right elevator for a few minutes and strangling him while standing above the little gap.

Desert Eagle

This is the Desert Eagle, one of the most powerful guns in the game. It uses limited ammo, and is loud as heck. So this gun is NOT silenced. The gun is deadly on close range and can injure an enemy on medium range so they will go rolling on the floor in pain, just before they die. This is not always the case because sometimes the wrong spot is hit, and the animation is not triggered.

The gun is spread around a few missions. The first time you can encounter some, is on a few guards (at the end) in "Death of Showman" and later also on guards in "A Dance with the Devil". The gun is fun to play with, but going for a Silent Assassin, you will have practical problems alerting a lot of enemies.
Slp.40 Pistol

This is the Slp.40 Pistol. Almost all guards in the entire game use this gun. It's also the NON SILENCED version of the Slp.40 .S. However, if you take the Slp.40 .S with you, you can practically have a lot of silenced ammo from the regular Slp.40 Pistol. The gun does average damage ending most lifes in 2 to 4 shots depending on the range.

You can get this gun in the first mission "Death of a Showman" from the first kill you have to make if you keep to the tutorial. From the mission "Curtains Down" until "Amendment XXV" (with maybe a few exceptions) you can find this gun on guards or in weapon stashes.
Bull.480

This is the Bull.480, a long revolver which looks a little bit like the Snub Nosed. The only difference is the damage output. While the Snub Nosed can usually kill a target in 2 shots when close or a bit further, the bull can easily kill a target on medium range with just one shot. It isn't really accurate and NOT Silenced, but sometimes bodies go flying and you will/might have a lot of fun.

You can find this gun on Vinnie Sinistra in "A New Life" and on Skip Muldoon and his goons in "Death on the Mississippi". There isn't really an "easiest" way, just get it after the kill.
Six Shooter

As you can tell from the title, again, this is the Six Shooter, one of 3 revolvers in-game. This gun is in between the other two revolvers; precise with moderate damage. 2 to 4 shots on medium range will be enough to finish most enemies and those poor bystanders. NOT silenced meaning this is best used in a fun-run. The aesthetics are good, and I especially like the reload animation.

You can find it on any NPC that's a male (except the easter egg ones) without a shotgun in "Till Death Do Us Part", the mission where you have to stop a wedding in a swamp area. The easiest way to get it, is by going to the courtyard and waiting for the drunk guy to go KO. Then you can just take his gun and his other belongings.
Submachine Guns
TMP

This is the TMP. This gun is a one handed automatic machinegun with decent damage and precision. If rapid-fired, the gun will have a lot of recoil, which can ruin the precision. 5 to 10 shots on medium range will do the job just fine. It's NOT silenced, but so are all SMGs you can encounter.

You will first find this gun in "The Death of a Showman" on a sink when they introduce you to Human Shields, and later they become common in weapon storage boxes. There isn't really a good way to get this gun so just play the introdution level once again. Also Manuel Delgado in "A Vintage Year" carries one with him, so you could also play that mission and get the Snub Nosed, SAF SMG and Shotgun with this one.
MP5

This is the MP5, an average gun, 2 handed, and acurate from close to medium ranges. It will hit targets far away, but killing won't be easy on a great distance. Damage is OK and overall recoil is easy to compensate. 5 to 10 bullets will be the average till someone is either killed, or severely injured.

You can find this gun in the mission "Amendment XXV" where you will encounter Marine soldiers carrying the M14 which we will discuss later, but on the other side of the White House there are FBI Agents carrying this weapon. Knock one out, and take the gun. It's concealable so you might get this one on a Silent Assassin run.
SAF SMG

This gun is usually used in the first few levels by Security Staff. The SAF SMG is really, really good on close range, ending lifes with only 3 to 6 bullets aimed anywhere but the head. Recoil is average, easily compensated however. At the same time, enemy hordes that are in combat with you, will be a danger when they use this gun.

You can find this weapon generally used by the Security Staff off Fernando Delgado. Just knock one out or get one of the sleeping guard and you're good.
MP9

This MP9 is deadly at close range. A high rate of fire and the low recoil make this thing a beast when you enter a sticky situation. It has the same clipsize of all the other Machineguns, but it's also concealable, making walking around defended easy. The only problem is that's not common so you will need to enter a specific mission for it.

Again, "The Murder of Crows" has a weapon you can't get elsewhere. If you encounter a yellow bird, take them out, or go to the weapon box underneath Mark Purayah's office to get one. Complete the mission once again and BOOM! magic.
MP7

This can be my personal favourite when talking about Submachine Guns. The MP7, only available in one level, destroys everything the enemy throws at you... Unless you run out of ammo of course. The gun has almost no recoil and a insane rate of fire. Damage is high as heck, so take one with you and have some fun.

The gun can only be acquired in "A New Life"you have to fight guards armed with them in Requiem, too bad for you (and you can pick one up)and you have to go to the Security Office on the bottom floor. It's also marked with a ! on the map.
Assault Rifles
SG522

This gun is the SG522, an average assault rifle with good precision and damage, while maintaining range. The gun tends to get a lot of recoil when fired continuously to random directions. It has as the competition, the FN-2000 if we look at recoil, but damage should be about the same. All guns in this class share ammo across the 3 rifles so you will only have limited ammo on almost all maps (since there are almost no Machine Guns).

This gun can be found in the same mission as the Slp.40 .S, "The Murder of Crows", but this time in the office on the table of Mark Purayah II. It's unconcealable, so you have to get it out with combat.
M14

This M14 used by Marine Soldiers in "Amendment XXV" is basically an unscoped sniper which can rapid fired. If you shoot your first shot, it will hit where the crosshair is. But if you keep firing it will become less acurate than me throwing a basketball, trying to aim it into the net. Seriously, don't rapid fire this thing or pure havoc awaits you.

You can find this weapon by knocking out a Marine Soldier or getting one from the Security Office.
FN-2000

This is basically the mean version of MP7, the FN-2000. Almost no recoil, insane amounts of damage, and an almost certain hit from medium to close range whatever you do (except not aim at anything). I just have no words for it.

You can get this gun by stealing the weaponcase from Anthony Martinez in "A Dance with the Devil" he carries with him all the time, or steal one out of the weapon stash (a big room) in "Death on the Mississippi".
Shotguns
Shotgun

Sadly, there is only one shotgun (unlockable) in the game. But once obtained, you get a gun with lethal force on short range (point blank) and it knocks people over on medium range. It shoots a few pellets, which don't do a lot of damage seperately, but combined they are the stopping power of almost everything.

You can get one in "A Vintage Year" from the normal guards (with the round hats) and from some guards in "Till Death Do Us Part".
Sniper Rifles
Dragunov

The Dragunov is a modern Sniper Rifle, which fires semi-automatically. The accuracy is good, damage OK, but it's nothing special. Just try it out yourself. It also has a strange crosshair in my opinion.

You can get the Dragunov in "Death of a Showman" (because of the tutorial you will find it) and in "A Dance with the Devil" in Eve's office (the singing Angel) in a fancy suitcase behind her desk.
Elephant Rifle

This gun is almost the same as the Dragunov, it looks and sounds different, but clip size, crosshair, and damage are almost identical if not identical. So it's a cool reskin. I couldn't find it at first so I walked past it multiple times.

So to get it, go to the mission "Till Death Do Us Part" and walk up to the Second Floor and look at the map. You will see 2 stair icons, and look at the left side of the map (where the icon is). You will see a cluster of 2 small rooms , a big room and a corridor on the map. In the big room with the two small rooms attatched to the top is the Elephant Rifle, somewhere hanging on the wall.
Kazo TRG

This greyish Kazo TRG is a bolt-action rifle without suppressor. It does do an insane amount of damage, and it's my favourite of the three other guns. It's not coming in a case, so you will need to plan ahead.

Getting this gun is really easy, getting out not as much. The sniper assassin, Raymond Kulinsky in "The Murder of Crows" has the gun. Just kill him, take the gun, and get ready for a fight to the exit.
Special Items
Air Rifle

You might think this Air Rifle counts as a sniper rifle, but it is more a utility tool than a gun. Have you ever played Metal Gear Solid 3? Well, in that game you could shoot people with darts and knock them out. Now you can relive that fantasy, only in Hitman.

To get this rifle, hop into ''A New Life" and walk all the way to the end of the street, just follow it. Somewhere over there, a woman is cutting her grass or something similar. Behind her is a treehouse. Climb in it and voilla! The gun is now yours. Ammo is only 3 in total (including the clip) and it reloads per dart. In that mission, you can get ammo from the vet's house across the FBI van.
Nailer

Have you ever dreamt about killing people with nails? Well, I hope not, but your fantasy can come true yet again with the Nailer. It has low damage but is fun for just d*cking around. You get 150 nails (including the clip) and the clip fits 50 slow firing nails, so be cautious who to nail!

You can get one from "Curtains Down" and "Amendment XXV". In "Curtains Down" you can get one from exactly underneath the stage (go behind it and climb down or search a path), and in "Amendment XXV" you can get one from the renovation crew all the way upstairs when you are in the main hall (where all the offices are from the President, Vice-President and Minister(?). Basically the part where you exit the long hallway with stairs.
Thank You!
I just want to thank you if you made it this far. If you would like to comment, rate, share, check out my YouTube channel (Hitman), befriend me or whatever, just do it. I accept any form of support. I also wanted to say there are a lot of YouTube versions too, but no-one made one like this. It took me a lot of time but I am happy with the result.

I hope my effort helps you!!!

Probably has been said before but you can walk around with two-handed guns if you pull out a detonator whilst holding one. this doesn't raise suspicion or cause witnessess.

Might come in handy when hauling off weapons like the SG or elephant rifle

The devs really put two long guns in one mission without any way to carry them in public (no rifle briefcases, and the ICA crates don't have a concealed way to get to them to stash the guns, you will have to deal with people on the way there), and it's their only appearance in the game.

CR@CK.IT has you covered if you want a savegame with all weapons. Gamecopyworld isn't so trust-worthy but i know CR@CK.IT has a good download.

In case it helps anyone, if you need to carry an unconcealable weapon (shotgun, etc.) out in the open, hold your detonator in your right hand. It makes the weapon invisible to AI.

I really wish that the devs let us pick up the specialty pistol from Requiem. Are there any mods for Hitman BM that are, specifically, aimed at improving weapon model quality?
