For "Village": The only reasonable way to do this achievement is when you first unlock location 5 (Ice Citadel). At this point one should have agrarian drones researched (3rd tier science) and no pile of cargo drones built up there.

That's how I just did it, anyway. But it required me going back to an old save I'd manually archived!

The alternatives are starting a new game and working your way to mid-game again. Or killing drones with lightning storms. But this would take a very long time! One storm event took out no more than 10 drones, total, from my 3 end game cliffs combined (with zero lightning rods). So it would probably take half a dozen events to reduce my drone numbers enough. That's many, many hours at 6x speed, with other problems that would crop up from other events, etc.

That would be nice.
