Introduction
Why bother to write a weapon stats guide you might be wondering. Well, because I personally regard the weapon stats design in this game is interesting, each weapon has its own hidden stats. What do I mean by hidden? Have you ever wonder sometimes when you equip resilience node, your speed stats go up by only 5 instead of 6? Or when you equip armor node, your defense go up by 13-14 instead of 12 ? Yup, this is not a bug, that’s because the weapon hidden stats are affecting it.

While it’s true when you go to equipment screen to swap your gear, you can see a finite number of stats change, however this change is only temporary. The real changes value changed from time to time, and is a shifting variable. For example: When you first acquired Benjo’s blaster, if you try to swap it you might see changes something like: Atk+8, Acc+4, Spd-7. However when you are high level, if you try to swap your old blaster for Benjo’s blaster, the numbers might translate into something like: Atk+58, Acc+16, Spd-18. Why the big difference? That’s because the weapon in this game give you stats boost/penalty not in terms of fixed value, but in terms of percentage. Hence what I mean by hidden. This guide is written for people who are interested to find out the actual value of each weapon without doing experimental calculation themselves.
Thoughts about weapon feature
The weapon/equipment feature in this game is rather unique compare to many rpg games out there. Instead of giving you a definite better version of weapon, each weapon offers certain usefulness in different situation, which means the more weapons you have the more flexibility you have in terms of combat strategy. This feature makes me appreciate the game even more.

The only complain I have is that some of the weapons come a little bit too late, which means the window opportunity of its usefulness has diminished. If the developer were to make a sequel to this game (which I hope they do), I would love to see that they make slightly more weapons available in the game, and earlier accessibility to them. Longer gameplay and richer storyline is also what I wished for, I don’t mind paying more for it.

Now without further ado, let’s take a look at each weapon stats.

Miscellaneous facts and small tips
Elemental Ammo Damage
Despite the fact that elemental ammo skills has piercing and exploding attribute, Elemental ammo skills damage is only affected by character’s Magic stats, not Attack stats. On the other hand, non-elemental ammo damage is based on your Attack stats. Therefore it’s better to focus on one attribute and give up on the other one for maximum damage. Trying to increase both stats will results in gimping the character, both stats will be at mediocre range, and that character will do both low physical and elemental damage.

Changing Stance (stats alteration)
In this game, when you change stance for Taika, Gnart, or Olia, their stats do not change, however for the other 3 characters, their stats will be altered. In Amon’s and Ive’s case, the changes occur because they switch weapon. Their current stats will only be affected by current equipped weapon in the current stance. Since each of them is calculated separately, you won’t be able to use your weapon in other stance to boost your damage of current stance. Which means you can’t use Ive’s Angel Bow to boost your attack stats +40% for your thunder fist damage.

For PAT’s case, eventhough he only has 1 type of equipment, whenever he switch from ATK BOT to DEF BOT mode, he will gain defense bonus stats of 300%. This number will not be multiplied with his current bonus/penalty from gear, but instead it will be added/subtracted. For Example Nadirium Armor has defense penalty stat of 50%, instead of multiplying it (50%*300% = 150% ---> incorrect value) it will be subtracted(300%-50% = 250%). In Valvurian Armor case it will be added (10%+300% = 310%).

This is why Nadirium Armor is actually quite viable despite the big defense stats penalty. You can turn him into super high speed-tanky healing bot(support char). You just need to stock up healing potions. He won’t be able to do any damage(becoming pure support character), and he can’t switch to ATK BOT stance because he will be way too fragile. While he is not using potion, he can buff team Def stats using Buffer skill, or nullify enemy’s attack using Absorber skill.
Amplifier is another very good skill. If you haven’t tried it I suggest you to give it a go. It amplify the damage that your opponent received by a WHOOPING 50%! And the best thing is it works on bosses too, unlike some of your status inflicting skills like blind, confuse, slow(*cough cough).

If you want PAT to be a dps character, it's better to stick with Valvurian Armor, due to it's Magic+20% bonus.

Character Stats Growth
Characters gain stats when level up, but each character has different growth rate. Gnart has the lowest stats growth among all 6 characters whereas Taika has the highest.

I have a question about the character stat growths while levelling up. Can you find rare item drops that permanently raise certain stats like Strength Seeds or Life Fruits etc? And another question I wanted to ask is; are stat growths fixed or at random so you can restart the game before a level up occurs?

THANK YOU for making up for the fact this information isn't explained well enough in game. It's especially sad the game doesn't explain the stat changes brought on because of the automatic weapon swapping when the characters change stance.

Thank you. This was a very informative read.

Short of a full walkthrough for the game, I appreciate having this information to reference.
