When you're ordering at the Coffee Shop scene, click in the arrow when it's exactly in the middle
of the two words "Hello" and "Cost". If done correctly, you should get "Hello+Cost" message.

Only available after completing the game.
In main menu, open the window (dragging the curtain from bottom to top) and enter the portal.
Now hold LMB until your character gets closer to the hand.
Here, click on the egg icon (which is also the same icon as the achievement) until you can grab it.

All those achievements are unmissable and will unlock no matter what you do/choose in the game, only finishing it is enough to get them all. There's only 1 ending.
