Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren`s Call has a total of 29 Steam achievements, 14 of which are story related and earned as part of your natural progression, the remaining 15 achievements are missable.

MAIN GAME PLAYTHROUGH #1...
1. There are no achievements relating to difficulty so select whichever setting takes your fancy, depending if you want a quick or a challenging game.

2. Complete all hidden object games (HOG's) in the traditional manner of locating all the items on the list to earn "Hidden Talent" and complete the first 10 HOG's without using the hint button to earn "Saintly Patience". Complete one HOG with less than 3 misclicks to earn "Without Fail", finish a HOG in less than 60 seconds to earn "Eagle-Eye" and during a HOG find 4 items within 4 seconds to earn "The Rule of Four".

3. Complete all mini-game puzzles without skipping any of the 24 puzzles (the puzzle I note as puzzle #2 in this guide isn't classed as a puzzle within the game) to earn "Smart Cookie" and "Mastermind", and complete one in less than 60 seconds to earn "Pull a Fast One".

4. Locate all 7 Brass Seahorse collectables to earn "Brass Seahorse".

5. Locate all 18 Silver Parrots to earn "Silver Parrot".

6. Locate all 19 Golden Octopi to earn "Golden Octopus".

7. Try to navigate the Labyrinth before completing puzzle #12 to earn "Lost and Found", you can try again in your second playthrough if you miss this achievement during your first.

MAIN GAME PLAYTHROUGH #2...
1.During your second playthrough, again, select whichever difficulty you desire.

2. Assuming that you have earned "Pull a Fast One", "Smart Cookie" and "Mastermind" achievement during your first playthrough feel free to skip all the mini-game puzzles.

3. Hopefully you would have earned all the HOG related achievements in your first playthrough, if not, then sadly a 3rd playthrough will be required. Assuming you have earned these achievements, during your 2nd playthrough when you encounter a HOG you will want to click on the Mahjong tiles in the bottom left to play a game of Mahjong in place of the traditional HOG.

You will earn "Half-way done" for completing 12 games of Mahjong and "Mahjong Master" for completing the final 24th game of Mahjong. You will also want to complete one of these games of Mahjong in less than 60 seconds to earn "In a Flash!".

NOTES...
1. There are no achievements specifically related to the Bonus Chapter, you can 100% Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren`s Call without ever playing it.

2. I do not know if any of the missable achievements can be earned during the Bonus Chapter as I had earned all of them (other than the Mahjong ones) before starting the Bonus Chapter.

3. Regarding the Brass Seahorse, Silver Parrot and Golden Octopus collectables, you have to collect all in the same playthrough to earn the achievements, those you have collected in one playthrough do not carry over to your second, so you can not collect some in your first and collect the rest in your second playthrough.

4. There are specific chapters in this guide showing images of the location of all collectables, my video walkthrough at the end of the guide also shows the locations of all collectables.

5. The achievement guide below is broken down into 2 sections, one for unmissable story related achievements and another for missable achievements (as there wasn't enough space to put them all in one), listed in the order in which I earned them.

There are a total of 7 Brass Seahorse collectables all of which are found in the main game, with none in the Bonus Chapter. These Brass Seahorses are not immediately visible and certain objects have to be clicked within the environment to make them visible.

There are a total of 18 Silver Parrot collectables to find, all of which are in the main game. The Silver Parrots can be quite tricky to find as they are not always visible, they actually phase in and out, they appear briefly for a few seconds on screen, then disappear for twice as long and then reappear, phasing in and out, thankfully at the same location.
