The Men In Black are agents you can decide to talk to after finding them. This will trigger the route that will eventually get you into the VIP Bunker. This will not count as a victory.

It all starts when a man knocks on your vault door. He asks for a can of soup and gives back a bag. The bag contains Sharikov, a cat. That is step one.

I'm not sure if this is required, but I'd do it anyway, because it still works, and Sharikov will come back after a few days. You find an adress on his collar, and you decide to either return him or keep him. You return him.

Sharikov will be playing one day, and discover a wire in the wall. You have to investigate the wire.


You will come upon them after investigated behind a truck.

They come to your door and ask to explain themselves. If you let them in, they tell you they are secret agents. They were listening through a wire because they believe that Sharikov is a communist spy.

They will come to your vault once in a while wanting help from you. You do everything they tell you to do. Make sure you have either 4 cans or 4 bottles, because that is the last step before they escort you to a government safehouse, also known as the VIP Bunker.

As of all my runs through the game, there can be 2 ways the agents will knock of your door to collect you. The can knock very quietly or be banging like mad. If either one of these comes up open the door. There you go. You are going VIP.
