Description
Hexagon is arguably the hardest course in the game, especially when it comes to completing it in Adventure Mode. Many people have had trouble with this course, and thus Hexagon is a great obstacle in accessing the final boss, since you need to finish everything before the final boss in Pro difficulty.

The goal in Hexagon is to remain consistent in catching ghosts as quickly as possible, while also retaining maximum possible score output. Skip or bomb through any mazes to get to Power Pellets more quickly, especially early on.

Be sure to wake all the ghosts in the maze before eating the power pellet that spawns below the ghost hub. More ghosts on each train = more points.

Once you get to the harder mazes, like the one below, it's best to corner ghosts at specific locations. Pinpoint at either side or any corner of the maze to catch them, and plan accordingly. Bomb if/when necessary.

The maze above, for instance, shows that the middle portion is not the best place to catch ghosts. Take either the left or the right sides to your advantage.

The combination of these factors makes Stage 6-4 a punishing test of skill and patience. Mastering this stage requires perfect execution, quick thinking, and a deep understanding of our yellow eating friends mechanics.

These factors include :

* Time Pressure: The overall time limit for the stage is unforgiving, adding another layer of stress to the already challenging gameplay.

Maze layout :

* Hexagon Maze Layout: The most striking feature is the unique hexagon maze, unlike any other stage in the game. This unconventional shape throws off your usual Pac-Man instincts and forces you to adapt your movement patterns significantly. Tight corners and unpredictable ghost behavior make navigating efficiently a constant struggle.

I'll have fun tackling this stage as it's considered the hardest stage in game.

(Though I am many years late)

It doesn't hurt to backtrack just a bit for a bit of safety if you think you're in danger. But usually, yeah, you'll want to take advantage of those corners as much as possible.

Sorry! I completely confused strafing with spark cornering (thought it was the same thing +_+) Sometimes I missplay trying to gain frames doing spark cornering. Is it necessery to do it every turn to achieve 5Mil in time?

There's strafing in this?

Great guide! But I do have a question. Since you are basically racing against time Why not using strafing to have a speed boost? Is the time saved not worth the risk?
