Warrior basic information
This one is the best class which will grant you high chances to stay alive and kill many opponents at once. To be a warrior, you need to choose Warfare mastery. You will be able to wield two blades at the same time and deliver massive damage to enemies. Onslaught skill increases your damage as you hit the enemy, and it's modifiers will provide you with some slight buffs, like increased speed and resistances. Of course you will have to rely on blue and purple items. But at the beginning they are not so important. The second mastery for warrior can be any, as for me it's Spirit. So at first levels (8-25) try to focus your Atribute points on Strength. It will allow you to wear good armor and at the same time Strength increases your melee base damage. When you have reached level 25 you must focus only on Dexterity. Dexterity is the best attribute to level. Once you have high Dexterity, you will have high Piercing damage, high Offensive and Defensive abilities and high chance to dodge enemy attacks. Once you have reached 700-1000 Dexterity and have around 1500 Defensive ability, the enemy at close range won't be able to hit you. So, keep your Strength at around 500-600 and Dextrity must be leveled up the rest of the game.
Warfare builds
  • Warfare+Defense: This build is the one of the most perfect. Warfare and Defense supply each other with all of their needs. Warfare lacks of defense and defensive abilities, and Defense lacks of damage and offensive abilities. Defense has all necessary skills to keep Warrior alive. Using Colossus and Battle Standard skills at once, you will become almost invulnerable and almighty. You can either have dual-wield weapons or use sword and shield. This build is perfect, but has lack of energy which can be compensated by spending attribute points into energy or wearing the item that adds energy.
  • Warfare+Rogue: This build is the most deadly one. If you have high Dexterity maximized Lethal Strike skill and wearing some sharp weapons like a Sword you will be able to deal up to 40000-50000 damage in one hit. This enough to take Typhon down in 2-3 hits on Normal. Awesome, isn't it? In addition using poison attacks, you will be able to keep enemy slowed down until he dies. However, Assasin lacks of defense and energy very much. You will have to rely on resistances and high Defensive ability. You can get resistances from items and Defensive ability by leveling up Dexterity.
  • Warfare+Hunt: This build will allow you to perform hit-and-run tactics very often. Hunt provides warrior with movement speed and some slight defensive capabilities like reduced entrapment duration and small chance to dodge projectles. You can deal with the enemy both at close range with your swords or a spear, and with a bow. However spear is not recommended, as neither Warfare nor Hunt has any skills for shield.
  • Warfare+Dream: This build is good in all aspects. Dream mastery will provide Warrior with energy, speed and defense. on high levels you will have enough energy, and capable of slowing down enemies or even completely freezing them.
  • Warfare+Spirit: This is my favourite one. Spirit will provide defensive capabilities for Warrior as well as Offensive ones. As for defensive the Death Ward skill will save your life when you are running low on health, it will allow you to retreat. Warrior fights in close range combat, so the Death Chill Aura your another ally which will slow nearby opponents and make them weaker. As for Offensive abilities the Dark Covenant skill will give you quick energy regeneration and high damage output, you can compensate life drain of this skill by using Life Drain skill. You can leech life off even of the undead.
  • Warfare+Nature: This build will make you a Field Medic, you can heal yourself and your teammates by using Regrowth skill. Using Nature skills you will have high amount of health, additional speed and resistances. But this build will lack of damage. This one is the best for play in a team.
  • Warfare+Earth: This build is not recommended. It will give you some fire damage and fire resistance with the Earth Enhancement skill. It will also shield you from damage completely using Stone Form skill. But this is it. There is nothing else useful for warrior.
  • Warfare+Storm: This build will give you some power. Using Storm Nimbus skill you will be able to deliver moderate damage with cold and lightning. Thunderball recommended if you want to keep the enemy stunned for a long time. Lightning bolt can stun multiply targets, delivering high damage, but not for a long time. Spell breaker skill will burn enemy's magic meter and disrupt all their skills. This build lacks of defense. It provides only resistances from Summon Wisp skill. You will have to rely on Squall and it's modifier. In other words you will have to be always on move.

Warfare + earth = insane build if you do it right. Overcharge all of your skills with +3 to all skills in as many items as possible. I had a crazy battlemage that would send everything FLYING

this list is pretty good i grew up playing TQ before i even had steam. but i actually like the warfare and earth combo IF ur going for all out offensive then ur just slaughtering everything in ur path but defensive wise its not that good i agree. warfare and dream is my personal favorite mainly because if u max out distort reality and its upgrade anything within the area is just dead, so basicly i whirlwind into a group, and then phantom strike, or just run up to a group and use distort reality. best build ever

I'm also getting my butt kicked all over Greece with warfare+defense. Lvl 13 and counting. I greatly dislike what items the game gives you early on. So much grind :( At least stun helps some. Though not too sure about the club as far as damage goes, decent at that, but slow.

@Marc Cassin: My god, he states why you would use defense with warfare in the freaking guide.
In case you need a reminder, he wrote "Warfare and Defense supply each other with all of their needs. Warfare lacks of defense and defensive abilities, and Defense lacks of damage and offensive abilities. Defense has all necessary skills to keep Warrior alive. Using Colossus and Battle Standard skills at once, you will become almost invulnerable" and anyways, you have to weapon slots, so you can switch between a sword and shield and dual wielding, its not that hard, just press w.

@Marc Cassin: You can't dual wield spears. You have to use a shield. Warfare doesn't have shield buffs.

"Warfare+Hunt : However, spear is not recommended, as neither Warfare nor Hunt has any skills for shield"... ... ... lol ? Half of Hunt skills only work with a spear or a bow. Why choose Hunt if not using any ?

"Warfare+Defense : you can either have dual-wield weapons"... ... ... lol ² ? Half of Defense skills use a shield. Why choose Defense if you don't use one ?

3 points to dexterity and 1 point to strenght more reasonable - because it influnce on attack and defense abilities, so your damage more likely be critical.

Warfare + Defense probably the best build in game.
