Important notes
First of all I would just like to tell any new player who starts this game that things DO respawn. Don't worry about having to clear each area and always find things in new areas. Anything from animals, monsters, fishing spots, herb spots, ores to pearls, hidden crates and barrels and more, all of it respawns. It may take a while sometimes but everything does respawn.

In the beginning skills are gained after pretty much doing anything that is related to it like killing 1 monster or fishing once etc. However when you reach higher levels and is close to mastery of one skill it's going to take a while to level up for the most part.

The amount of time it takes to gain all achievements is around 8 hours I'd say.

I have decided to add solutions to some of the more difficult side quests of the game. Please check it out if you struggle with any side quest.
Story achievements
These are unmissable ones as long as you are trying to finish the game.

Adventurer
Visit the Yellow Valley.

As you progress thru the game you will reach the second area of the game called Yellow Valley. The achievement should pop when you reach it.

Saviour
Save the mayor of the Yellow Valley.

As the title suggests the mayor of Yellow Valley is in danger. Help and save him from the zombies and you will get the achievement.

Stranger
Visit the Gray Valley.

As you fight your way thru a cave of monsters and orcs you will reach the mine (Gray Valley) when you get out of the cave. The achievement should pop when you reach it.

Citizen
Visit the Azure Valley.

As you fight your way thru the catacombs full of monsters you will eventually reach Azure Valley. The achievement should pop when you reach it.

Well-known
Achieve 70 fame.

I just added this one here since you will be forced to get at least 100 fame in order to speak to the king later on in the story.

Master warrior
Get the combat skill to 100.

You'll see this one in the skill related achievement section as well but this one is actually an unmissable one because the 3 cursed demons in the finale of the game require 100 in combat to fight.

Hero
Defeat Earthquaker.

After you defeat the 3 cursed demons Earthquaker will lose all power and protection and the achievement should pop.

Here are the 3 locations for the demons. It's easy to find though since a demon will appear at the entrance whenever you find one.

Mushroom picker

Excellent mushroom picker
Find 800 mushrooms.

Collect 800 mushrooms of all sorts as you play and explore the world.

Looter
Find 100 eggs.

Excellent looter

Collect 400 eggs all around the world.

Diver
Find 6 pearls.

Excellent diver
Find 24 pearls.

Simply collect 24 pearls. They may be hard to see but just look carefully around in the waters.

Searcher
Find 30 lost crates and barrels.

Excellent searcher
Find 120 lost crates and barrels.

You will see crates and barrels scattered all over the world as you play. Often located in pretty abandoned and isolated areas. Simply collect 120 of them.

Lucky
Find some treasure.

A little later a man standing on a bridge will tell you about a hidden treasure in a cave. You need a shovel for this one. Dig a few times in the cave until you reach the final one which is where the treasure is.

Prosperous
Have 1,000 gold coins.

Wealthy
Have 5,000 gold coins.

These 2 are all about having a lot of gold coins at one time. I have made a guide on how to make money. You can check it out here: https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1498518538

Tenacious fisherman
Catch 100 fish.

For this one you must learn the fishing skill before you can begin. Once you've learnt the fishing skill you simply need to fish 100 fish.

Good cook
Cook 2,000 food.

Excellent cook
Cook 8,000 food.

Become Gordon Ramsay and it should pop.

Lucky fisherman
Catch a golden fish.

This one is just luck based. Just keep fishing and eventually you will get a golden fish giving you the achievement.

Gatherer
Gather 100 berries.

Before you can begin this one you must learn the herbalism skill. After that you simply need to collect 100 berries from bushes.

Talented thief
Pick 15 locks.

Experienced thief
Pick 60 locks.

After you rescue the lockpicker in the tunnels and learn the skill you just have to pick 60 locks.

Healer
Make 100 healing potions.

After learning the alchemy skill you can start making your own healing potions. Simply make 100 of them.

Experienced alchemist
Make 600 various potions.

Continue making potions until you've made 600 of them.

Sword maker
Make 10 swords.

After you get the smithing skill you can begin crafting your own swords, make 10 of them.

Experienced smith
Make 80 weapons or shields.

Similar to Sword maker with the major difference being that you can craft any weapon and also shields. Craft 80 of them.

Iron ore miner
Mine 50 pieces of iron ore.

After learning the mining skill you simply need to mine 50 pieces of iron ore found in the mine and caves.

Silver ore miner
Mine 50 pieces of silver ore.

Very similar to Iron ore miner with the major difference being that you need to mine 50 pieces of silver ore.

Flower expert
Pick 300 flowers.

This one is related to the herbalism skill once again. Pick 300 flowers scattered all around the world.
Hunting & combat related achievements
All achievements related to combat and hunting you'll find in here.

Warrior
Kill 50 monsters.

Tough warrior
Kill 150 monsters.

Legendary warrior
Kill 300 monsters.

As you progress thru the game just keep killing monsters until you reach 300.

Hunter
Hunt down 20 rabbits.

Very simple, hunt down 20 rabbits.

Clever hunter
Hunt down 20 foxes.

This one is similar to Hunter but the fox has a higher archery level requirement so you'll get this one easily when you are able to hunt foxes.

Tireless hunter
Hunt down 150 wild animals.

Most likely the hardest out of the animal hunting achievements but just keep hunting down animals until you reach 150.

Orc-slayer
Destroy all of the orc camps.

There are 2 camps in the game. After reaching Gray Valley and doing some quests the mayor will ask you to take down the orc's camp in the mountains above the dam.

The second camp is located very close by if you instead head straight west from the mine. When you reach Azure Valley the commander will ask you to take down the second orc's camp outside the castle.

Destroy both of these camps and you'll get the achievement. The second camp's orcs does require a very high combat skill level so it's probably nothing you will be able to go for right away.
Other achievements
The rest of the achievements that didn't fit any other category you'll find here.

Strong
Have at least 100 strength.

Invincible
Have at least 1000 strength.

These 2 are very straight forward. I would recommend going for it later on in the game since the strength gained depends on your fame (correct me if I'm wrong). I would also recommend going for the cooking achievements at the same time because you'll need a lot of food for this one.

Renowned
Achieve 140 fame.

I believe you are able to finish the game before you get 140 fame so I didn't include it in the unmissable ones. You will get fame for doing quests and helping people out around the kingdom. You can look down below for detailed info regarding solutions to the non obvious quests of the game.
Solutions to non obvious side quests
This is all the side quests in the game that I can think about which do require some work to actually complete. Anything from finding hidden stuff around the world to just how to proceed with it generally.

The butterfly quest

This quest will unlock after you've learnt how to cook I believe. Giselle's daughter will ask you to find 12 butterflies for her. I've marked all 12 of them on the following screenshots.

The mushroom quest

At the beach there is a woman named Lisa who's brother is very sick and needs medical help. You'll have to find 5 special mushrooms in the cave behind the inn. I've marked them down below, they won't be visible at first, just fight the monsters lurking in the cave and they will pop up as you go along.

The dagger quest

In the same area there are 2 hunters sitting at a campfire asking for help to find their comrade who hasn't come back from the forest. Go to the left and fight the spiders standing in your way until you find the hunter. He'll ask for some potions and help, do whatever he asks and then talk to him again when he is back with the other hunters. He will ask you to help him find his precious dagger he lost in the cave. It won't be visible until you fight the spider standing in it's way (yes you don't need to fight all the spiders).

Miller's son quest

There are a few quests you can do for the little kid standing at the beach in the mill area of Yellow Valley. After you've given him a pearl he will ask you to find 3 items he dropped around the area (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brat). They are pretty easy to find but incase you do have some issues I've marked the location of them down below.

The lost brothers quest

There is a girl in Gray Valley named Helena looking for her brothers who hasn't returned. After you speak to her the north area will open in the west side of Gray Valley. Kill the first orc blocking the entrance to the cave and then fight your way thru the cave until you find her brothers.

The quadruple quest (Fur and animal teeth quest, scrolls quest, dragon tooth quest and book quest

The reason I call this the quadruple quest is because it's four quests all connected to eachother. You can not finish or sometimes even begin some of the quests before you finish the ones required before it.

3 of these quests are located in Azure Valley and the other one located in Gray Valley. Start by talking to a man named Skinner. He will ask you for 20 fur, give that to him. After this he will ask you for 12 animal teeth, if you give him that he will give you a dragon's tooth. Now you have everything to continue the next quest.

Start by talking to the Chronicler, he has lost 5 scrolls that he wants help to find. Now here's the thing. If you are like me and found the 4 first ones and then can't find the last one don't worry. The 5th one is actually stolen by a brat and you have to do a quest for him to get it back. Start by picking up the four scrolls around in Azure Valley. They are pretty easy to see but I'll mark them down below incase any of you have trouble finding it. After you've picked up 4 of them you are able to talk to a little brat asking you for a dragon's tooth so he can boast to his friends (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ freaking brat). Give him the dragon's tooth you got from the previous quest and you will get some fame and the last scroll.

Now you have all the scrolls and you can finish the quest for the Chronicler. In return you will get some fame and a handbook of herbology which we will use for the next quest.

Now you'll need to get 100 fame so you can speak to the king in order to enter the monastery located in east of Gray Valley. Once you get inside the monastery there will be a monk named John who wants a book of herbology. Since we have it you just have to give the book to him and you'll get that quest done as well.

End comments

For achievements like Excellent Cook (8K food), i’d really expect a guide to go deeper into, well, effectiveness, like what source products you stockpile anyway while going after other achievements (not always obvious in early game how the economy will have to flow later) and which you’d better buy or not buy or instead sell, and which recipe is the most profitable. However, although that 8K specifically seemed insane at first, in the late game energy does get spent like crazy, so eventually that and even more food was all fed to the hero. Same with 600 potions, all used in battle, but i guess this depends on one’s playstyle, whether it’s always going minimal and lacking or abundant and completionistic. But thanks, Captain Ctrl+C, anyway.

This one is my favorite of the 3. I've played it a few times over the years but now find I'm no longer able to get combat points and can't proceed. I've fought every hound, orc, ogre etc I can find, but still cant the the last point.
Thank you so much for this guide. It's been very helpful!

I am glad this game fixed the missable fame issues in Hero of the Kingdom 2. When I won the game only missing that achievement, I thought it was going to be a repeat of the last one, but they do let you keep going, and unlike in 2 there are no significant changes to the map that mean some people go away.

Nvm I found the solution: https://cs2bus.com/app/772430/discussions/0/1733212454825704992/#c1733212454825916390

Btw as a trivia point: if you do all side quests you collect 148 fame. Many side quests only unlock after you finish the story.

Вы можете покупать отмычки в Лазурной Долине после того как спасете Брома в правой части карты.

You can buy lockpics in Azure Valley after you saved Brom in the right side of the map.
