The guide starts with a quick overview of the most imporant missions to complete, then goes into detail with the reward for each mission.

Missions that give permanent boosts, sorted by boost type:

Limbo has a once per hero mission titled Strike on Limbo, which is given by Magik in the X-Mansion. It grants 3 power points and 63 Hit Points.

Everytime this event occurs, you are given a once per account mission that grants a generic Ultimate Token.

Nothing. Remember to rescue all the hostages before entering the vault for max XP.

Nothing. You can talk to Maria Hill to claim your reward on the first go around.

100 Eternity Splinters. (First playthrough only)

Not that much worth replaying in terms of rewards here, but there's a permanent +25 Health reward, at least.

Can't be done twice, since it just teaches you how to craft. You should know how to do this if you're replaying, anyway.

Medal and loot from Shocker.

Medal and loot from Doctor Octopus. Permanent +75 Health Bonus.

Sends you on your way to chapter 2.

+30 EXP.

Nothing. Seriously. This quest gives you nothing at all. Except some Avengers info.

At least do the Taskmater and Hood missions, since they offer some nice rewards. You really don't want to miss out on a free power point.

Medal and loot from the Hood and 3 Power Points!

A little bit of cash.

Medal and loot from Taskmaster and 3 free Rarity Boosts.

+30 EXP points.

There is a once per account mission to recieve a free Team-Up here. Other than that you can get some summon devices, although they are largely useless if you just use Bodyslide to get back to Avengers Tower. There's some nice artifacts to gather, especially for ranged heroes, and a quick permanent Spirit bonus.

This once per account mission grants you a free S.H.I.E.L.D. Team-Up, which will support you in combat either passively or by your side.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Motion Tracker artifact. Reveal enemies at a distance, increases damage of attacks based on distance from you.


3 Summon Vendor devices. Grim Reaper's medal (one of my favourite early game medals).


+15 permanent Spirit bonus.

3 Summon Crafter devices.


Yukio's Lucky Charm artifact. Health regeneration every minute, extra damage on melee powers


Experience, access to chapter 4.

Small experience bonus.

Since you need to do each mission in order to unlock the next, and that both the retcon device and extra power point is really useful, just play through the entire chapter.

Credits, access to Corruption in Blue.

3 Matrix of Unbinding, access to The Kingpin Falls.


3 Power Points!

Access to chapter 5.

You should go for the Purification Crusade mission for the permanent health boost. The rest is optional or just lore.

+150 permanent Health boost, loot and medal from Juggernaut.

Medal and loot from Lady Deathstrike.

Permanent +15 Spirit.

EXP orbs drop on completion.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Science Station and Evolution Facility are the two most important places you need to visit here.

Maht's Bladed Arrowhead Artifact: % chance to cause bleed, you gain spirit when causing bleed.

Permanent +150 Health.

Nothing.

Not much in the way of permanent boosts, but some nice medals and artifacts.

EXP orbs from Fury.

Medal and loot from each Intelligencia member.

Medal and loot from Madame Hydra. EXP orbs upon destroying Hulk Busters.

Loot chest in each of the 3 locations for Mystic Nodes.
On defeating Doctor Doom: Doom Medal and and a chance to get the Nefarious Mask of Doom artifact: Summon 2 doom drones for 60 seconds on activation, + energy defense, cause fear on everyone around you when below 20% health.


Tons of EXP, medal and loot from each.

+30 XP.

Access to Endgame content.

Let's you join the PvP on first completion.

Nothing, just a prompt to speak to Fury and unlock Lingering Threats, Unlock PvP Beta Test and Claim Your Reward.

100 Eternity Splinters. (First playthrough only)

Unlocking Odin's Palace, and gaining access to the Legendary Item vendor, with some permanent bonuses.

Account wide loot chest on a 20 hour cooldown. Can only be attained once per account.

Unlock Fury's Toolshed, and S.W.O.R.D. Command Post. S.W.O.R.D. Command Post is the hub for Hightown Patrol mode. Omega case rewards and a couple good starter 60 artifacts for completing the whole storyline.
