Inbetween Land has a total of 27 Steam achievements, 14 which are story related and earned as part of your natural progression and 13 which are missable, all of which can be earned with a single playthrough of the main game (there is no bonus chapter) taking around 2.5 to 4.5 hours.

To 100% your game in one playthrough follow these simple steps...
1. There are no achievements relating to difficulty, so select which ever suits.
2. DO NOT skip any of the cut scenes, there is one achievement for watching them all.
3. DO NOT use the hint button, there is one achievement for completing the game without using it.
4. DO NOT skip any mini-game puzzle, there is one achievement for completing the game without skipping any and there are additional (many) achievements for not skipping specific puzzles.
5. As for the achievement relating to Facebook, this does not require a Facebook account, you just have to click the Facebook icon on the main menu and the achievement pops.

Additional...
1. Be aware that some puzzles have random solutions, I suspect these are the ones that have their own achievement that is earned for not skipping it. With these puzzles it is unlikely my walkthrough below will provide the exact solution, then again there must be a finite number of probable outcomes and so you might get lucky.
2. Hit detection in this game is pretty bad, not so much during the main game, but during HOG's it's extremely noticeable and very frustrating.
Achievement Guide (Story Related).
Happy Toby.
Give the toy back to the dog.
This achievement is earned when you knock the bone from out under the bed using the slipper. See video walkthrough part 1 @ 1:10.
Journey Begins.
Get to the island through the portal.
This achievement pops when you open up the portal to the floating island in the orphanage. See video walkthrough part 1 @ 6:16.
Archimedes' Apprentice.
Open the well hatch in the utility room.
This achievement is earned when you lift the grate covering the well in the utility room. See video walkthrough part 2 @ 4:27.
Island Mystery.
Learn about the island from Mary.
This achievement pops following a protracted cutscene after you find Mary on the island. See video walkthrough part 2 @ 5:35.
Hello, Robot.
Visit the lake with the robot.
This achievement is earned when you pass through the portal in the Gallery to the lake with the robot. See video walkthrough part 3 @ 4:10.
Steel Handshake.
Retrieve the crystal from the lake with the robot's help.
This achievement pops when you collect the crystal at the bottom of the lake using the robot controls. See video walkthrough part 3 @ 6:41.
Let There Be Light.
Illuminate the library basement.
This achievement is unlocked when you reflect light into the library basement. See video walkthrough part 4 @ 2:09.
Kind Heart.
Feed the pet in the library basement.
This achievement pops when you feed the creature behind the metal plate during the hidden object game in the room off the Library basement. See video walkthrough part 4 @ 3:13.
Music Box.
Fix the music box in the library.
This achievement is unlocked when you reassemble the music box on the top floor of the Library. See video walkthrough part 4 @ 6:16.
Mechanic.
Open the doors in the tower corridor.
This achievement pops when you unlock the door leading to the Control room. See video walkthrough part 5 @ 0:15.
Glassblower.
Create a new flask in the oven.
This achievement unlocks when you create a flask in the oven using some sand. See video walkthrough part 5 @ 9:59.
Chemist.
Make the solvent.
This achievement pops when you create some solvent using the laboratory equipment. See video walkthrough part 5 @ 10:32.
All Crystals.
Bring all the crystals back to the Main Hall.
Slightly misleading description, the achievement is actually unlocked once you have collected the 6th and final crystal.
Ready to Go.
Start the island's motor.
This achievement is unlocked once you have repaired the islands engine. See video walkthrough part 6 @ 7:35.
Achievement Guide (Missable).
Get Social.
Like us on Facebook.
***MISSABLE***
Facebook account not required. At the main menu, click the Facebook logo, the Steam overlay will pop up and the Specialbit Studios Facebook page will load and this achievement will pop.
Eagle Eye.
Complete the combinations minigame without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
This achievement pops after completing the 8th mini-game puzzle (At the robot in the lake, copy symbol sequence puzzle) without skipping. See video walkthough part 3 @ 4:53.
Tag Master.
Complete the tag minigame without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
This achievement pops after completing the 9th mini-game puzzle (Temple Hall, right door, 4x4 grid symbol puzzle) without skipping. See video walkthough part 3 @ 8:30.
Sense of Color.
Complete the books minigame without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
This achievement pops after completing the 10th mini-game puzzle (Library upstairs, rearranging coloured book puzzle) without skipping. See video walkthough part 4 @ 0:29.
Intellectual.
Complete the associations minigame without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
This achievement pops after completing the 11th mini-game puzzle (Library hall, chest lock puzzle, left of the stairs) without skipping. See video walkthough part 4 @ 1:17.
Mathematician.
Complete the numbered door minigame without skipping.

This achievement pops after completing the 12th mini-game puzzle (Library basement door lock math puzzle) without skipping. See video walkthough part 4 @ 2:25.
Safecracker.
Open the looters' safe.

Biologist.
Complete the microscope minigame without skipping.

Toughie.
Complete the blocks minigame without skipping.

This achievement pops after completing the 18th mini-game puzzle (Engine room, door lock puzzle) without skipping. See video walkthough part 4 @ 2:09.
Puzzle Solver.
Complete all minigames without skipping.

This achievement pops after the 18th and final mini-game puzzle, assuming that you have not skipped any of them.
Perfect Game.
Complete the whole game without using a hint.

This achievement pops at the end of the game as long as you have not used a "hint".
Story Time.
Watch all game cutscenes.

Collector.
Earn all the achievements.

Great guide, thanks, now I know that I'll get all the achievements so long as I don't skip puzzles or cut-scenes or use hints. :104:
