Here is how to find the secret ahcievement called "Mother!" This is one of the harder achievements as it's very easy to miss it. It's not in a secret location, but the fact you can walk past it very easily without even knowing is what makes it hard.

Video starts from the very beginning of the map so you can't get lost!
*I remade the video, as I wasn't happy with the last one. This one is much more simple and has less bullsh*t in it, so it's more to the point!

First off you will have to be on Episode 2 - The Facilities, and choose the level "E2M9: The Dig"


This secret is near the end, so play through the level as normal. Play up to this point just before the boss fight.


This is where everyone tends to miss it, as the first thing you do is just run into the teleoport. Don't do that! You want to carefully inch your way into the teleporter. So once you go through, you will be on this ledge.


If you had run in you would be falling down the hole into the boss fight area. Now that you are up here in this little room, turn around!


Interact with it and BOOM! You have the achievement!
