Report a translation problem
Do this in some early hospital, where you managed to get remaining 7 awards. In december, start sending EVERYONE home. It's ok if they are on their way back in the patients screen. Then send home any new patient coming to the hospital. That's it. Yes, it's boring and dull and takes around 15 minutes, but it's guaranteed to work 100%.
You will spend more time training your staff and upgrading machines for some random 1% chance of someone dying in Pharmacy (you can never have 100% cure chance) - it happened to me so many times...
Minor issue: the icon for "It's a Wind-up" is wrong.
EDIT: Got it. Not sure if only for me, but indeed I had to boost towards 111% for the achievement to poop. And it wasn´t completing the three months on 110% since I went down to 109% and then got 111% and the achievement.
