Notes.
Alicia Griffith – Lakeside Murder has a total of 35 Steam achievements, 21 of which are missable, some very much so. Thankfully, all achievements can be earned in a single playthrough taking around 2~3 hours, I would, however advise skimming over the missable achievements at the very least before commencing play.

A quick primer, before you get started...
  • There are no achievements relating to difficulty so select whichever settings suit your mood.
  • There are no achievements relating to watching the cut scenes, feel free to skip them if you must (you can also skip conversations as well if you wish).
  • At the start of the game, after the initial cut scene, the game will ask you if you would like to "use the tutorial", make sure to select yes. The tutorial lasts for around 3 and a half minutes, up until you have completed all the tasks in your cabin. While the tutorial is active take care and ensure NOT to accidentally click on skip on any of the pop-up tool tips, do what it tells you to do and do not click skip until it ends when an achievement pops.
  • Regarding mini-game puzzles, I would advise not skipping any of them. There are a total of 28 puzzles and there are two achievements earned for completing (without skipping) 20 of them. There are also additional achievements earned for completing without skipping specific puzzles, as such given that each puzzle has a reset button, I would advise trying to complete all puzzles and if you get stuck, click the reset button and then look up the solution in my video walkthrough (there are time stamps for each puzzle to help you in finding the solution you require).

On a final note, I would like to further warn you regarding some of the missable achievements in this game, there are several that have a very narrow time frame in which they can be earned and it is very easy to go beyond a point of no return and miss them (such as Baker, Unmarked grave, Mathematician, Bookworm, Just being informed, Bone finder, etc, etc, etc).

Something else to be aware of is if you do not earn 100% in your first playthrough, chances are you will not be able to do a partial second playthrough to collect those missing, a full playthrough will very much be required. This is sadly due to the Junior detective, Master detective & Police chief achievements which unlock when earning a certain amount of achievements, but these achievements themselves only unlock at the end of the game only.
Achievement Guide Part 1.
The achievements listed below are in order of which I earned them during my playthrough.

At the start of the game, after the initial cut scene and conversation with the sheriff, the game will ask you if you would like to "use the tutorial", make sure to select yes.

The tutorial lasts for around 3 and a half minutes, up until you have completed all the tasks in your cabin. While the tutorial is active take care and ensure NOT to accidentally click on skip on any of the pop-up tool tips, do what it tells you to do and do not click skip until it ends when the achievement pops.

You are most kind marianne~, thank you. I enjoyed creating them and it's the icing on the cake to know that they help others. That said some of my earlier guides are rather rough around the edges, so apologies if you run into one of those :lunar2019grinningpig:
