vApe Escape has a total of 5 Steam achievements, 3 are missable and 2 are alternate story ending achievements.

Two playthroughs are required to 100% the game, the first, clearing the 3 missable achievements and one of the story ending achievements taking around 10 mins and the second just to claim the alternate story ending achievement taking around 5 mins.

Note that at the time of writing, Steam is still "learning about this game" so achievements will not yet count towards profile totals, I'm somewhat unsure of the "learning" process, but given the positive reviews, it should only be a matter of time until they count towards profile totals.
