In this guide I attempt to create an intuitive series of maps for this game. My main objective is to try and make sense of the many branching paths in it, plus the locations of all the Thoughts and Secrets. In the future, this will become part of another guide I'll make about all the achievements in the game and how to get them.
ATTENTION: This guide will contain many spoilers! Don't read it if you don't want to be spoiled!

Overview
In order for the maps to make sense, but also not be super huge, I've separated them into the chapters of the game, as well as many different arbitrary sections (mostly separated by cutscenes or the like).

Things to keep in mind:
  • To traverse through the maps, start at the top left and follow the white line.
  • Branching paths will be marked with different colors, and their respective entrances will also be marked with the respective path's color.
  • Every level with a Thought will be marked.
  • Every level that contains Secrets will be marked and the instructions to access said secret will be below the given map.
  • The last map contains both the game's endings.

Without further ado, here are the maps:
Chapter 1
Chapter 1-1:
To enter the secret room: Touch the bird with the black character.

Chapter 1-2:

To enter the secret path (right side of the map): Press "S" and touch the golden floating head.
To enter the secret room: Touch the Buzz Saw.

Chapter 1-3:
Chapter 2

To access the first secret room: Press "L".
To access the second secret room: Enter the exit in the top of the screen.
To access the third secret room: Press "X".
Chapter 3
Chapter 3-1:
To access the secret room: Press "L".
To access the middle hidden path: Touch the flying fruit thing.
To access the bottom hidden path: Touch the hidden squeleton.

Chapter 3-2:

To access the first secret room: Wait 30 seconds.
To access the "Zen" room: Wait 30 seconds (again).
To access the secret path: Press "X"
To access the second secret room: Move the black spiky balls with your mouse.

Chapter 3-3:

Note: Answer "YES" to all questions to go to/stay on the Bad Ending path, or "NO" for the Good Ending path.
