Just a small note, other than that great guide. You have 2 items marked incorrectly. Asylum Model 4/9 is actually a Phantom Object (Blood in Sink) and Phantom Object 10/15 is actually an Asylum Model Fragment (Green Tile, I actually don't know what it's supposed to be). My game told me that they were the Phantom Object and Model Fragments respectively when I picked each one up.

There should be an all caps warning saying clue 3 becomes unavailable when you complete actions at that location.
