Obviously, this guide contains spoilers concerning the game.
However, I won't hide everything between [spoiIer] as I find that pretty annoying to read.

Play until the day 4, at night. After your escape from the room 402, go to the first floor and say to the hotel receptionist : "Y'all crazy because of IT" and "I'll try to come up with a cure". Then sleep.

It's the day 5. Go in the room 402 and talk to IT. Say "I'll help you". IT gaves you some white powder.
Now go inside the room 404 (with the code 0512). Use the mortar bowl and crush the stone.
Go back in the lobby and inspect the oven in the top right corner. You now need Donut (first floor) to give you a dial. In your way back, stop at the second floor and speak with the baker.
Go back to the oven, use the dial and the mysterious white dough from the baker. You can return to IT.

You are trapped into a maze. You need to deliver the bread to the core.
Once done, leave the hotel.

Third tomato location.

All along your playthrough, you need to recover :
· the gold coin in the pool,
· the massage oil at the fifth floor,
· a dead spider inside a vending machine,
· a syringe in the basement,
· the second ink bottle in the basement,
· the soap in the laundry room,
· a candy in the room 401.

During day 5, go inside the room 404 (with the code 0512). You need to do the cure.
· use the mortar bowl to crush the stone and the spider (you obtain some spider juice).
· use the container on the right to mix the ink and the spider juice.
· light the crucible and rise the temperature twice. Melt the gold coin and the candy.
· use the syringe on yourself.

Now add the ingredients in the cauldron (in that particular order) : stone powder, spider juice ink mix, soap, gold, blood and candy. You obtain the cure. Congratulations.
Now go back at the receptionist and say "The serum has been completed".

Don't even talk to the receptionist. Leave the hotel as soon as you can.
You got a bad feeling about this place...

Play until the day 4, at night. After your escape from the room 402, go to the first floor and say to the hotel receptionist : "Not really" three times. You are send to your room. Go to bed. Confirm.

Do the same as the ending 2, but don't give the serum to the receptionist : drink it.

After recovering the stone, go to bed.
On the fourth morning, just leave the hotel. Be greedy.

Play until the day 4, at night. After your escape from the room 402, go to the first floor and say to the hotel receptionist : "Not really" three times. You are send to your room. DON'T go to bed. Break the window and jump. It's not too late.

Play until the day 4, at night. After your escape from the room 402, go to the first floor and say to the hotel receptionist : "I'll give you the stone". You leave with nothing, not even your suitcase.
