ENBs are just a very subjective thing (contrary to plain texture improvements) so I wanted to provide some more options so that hopefully everyone finds one that suits their preferences.
You can combine mods from all platforms without concerns. However, mod authors usually won't include incompatibilities (e.g. 2 texture mods altering the same objects, which may result in them having no (or weird) textures at all) for mods from other platforms in their description, so you'll have to watch out for that and eventually do a few more test runs to manually check for trouble ingame when installing a multitude of mods from various platforms at once.
