200g heroin, 12 fentanyl, 8g paracetamol, 15g sugar, 15g salt,

Effect of drugs (properties)

The effect of drugs when mixed with drugs:

-Painkillers (Paracetamol / Nebilanex): addictive, addictive, high in toxins.
-Ibuprofen: good help early in the game, be aware of toxicity.
