These achievements are all unlocked by reaching certain milestone levels with a character.

All of these achievements are activated by completing certain missions in the main story.

This one is for completing the story mission "Children of the Vault."

This one is for completing the story mission "Taking Flight."

This one is for completing the story mission "Hostile Takeover."

This one is for completing the story mission "Atlas, At Last."

This one is for completing the story mission "Beneath the Meridian."

This one is for completing the story mission "Lair of the Harpy."

This one is for completing the story mission "Cold as the Grave."

This one is for completing the story mission "Blood Drive."

This one is for completing the story mission "The Great Vault."

This one is for getting all of the vault rewards. Not technically for completing a specific story mission, but it's required to progress through the story missions.

This one is for completing the story mission "In the Shadow of Starlight."

This one is for completing the story mission "Divine Retribution."

These are achievements that you will need to have a friend that also has the game to play with. Gun Pals you don't have to actually get into the game with them, but you will still need them on your friends list.

This one is for winning a duel with a co-op partner.

This one is for picking a friend up when they are in Fight For Your Life.

This one is for sending an item to another player through the social menu. You have to be in game on one of your characters in order to get this option.

This one is for getting a loyalty package from all of the weapon manufacturers. This includes Atlas, COV, Dahl, Hyperion, Jakobs, Maliwan, Tediore, Torgue, and Vladof. You’ll need to kill 100 enemies with a gun of each manufacturer. An easy way to keep track of which ones you’ve gotten is just to leave them in your mail and don’t open them until you’ve gotten the achievement.

This one is for killing an enemy by melee-ing them with a gun that has a blade attachment and melee bonus on its stats. You’ll find plenty of these naturally, but you can also generally buy them from any of Marcus’s gun vending machines.

This one is for killing an enemy with a barrel. You'll find plenty of elemental barrels throughout the game, so when an enemy is near one just shoot it until it explodes.

This one is for getting a perfect score on Marcus's firing range located underneath his shop. You can do this on either difficulty, but I'd recommend just doing normal. You have to shoot all 15 of the targets before they disappear and before the time runs out so you'll need a gun with a large magazine or at least a very fast reload speed. It can be pretty buggy so it may take a few tries before the targets appear long enough for you to be able to shoot them all.

This one is for giving Moxxi a tip in her tip jar. You can do either the $100 option or the $1000 option to activate the achievement.

This one is for using a sticky grenade to kill two enemies at the same time. For me this one was somewhat difficult to get as my pet would end up killing enemies that I got low enough for a grenade to kill. So, if you have issues with this one I found a pretty easy spot to do this on the Voracious Canopy map shown below. Just throw one of your sticky grenades through the window and you’ll kill at least two ratch to get the achievement.

This one is for downing yourself with your own grenade. Chances are you’ll get this accidentally at some point early on if you use grenades, but if not just stand in a corner somewhere and start throwing grenades at the ground until you down yourself.

This one is for getting and unlocking 10 cosmetic items for your character. If you pick up and activate any that you find during normal play you’ll most likely get this one naturally.

This one is for using a golden key to open the chest on Sanctuary. You can get golden keys from SHIFT codes that Gearbox sends out periodically. There is generally at least one thread on the Borderlands 3 subreddit and one steam guide that compiles all of the existing SHIFT codes if you need one.

This one is for having purple or orange rarity gear equipped in every slot. You’ll have to complete the story mission “Cold as the grave” in order to do this, and by this point in the game it will be fairly easy to find the equipment to do this with.

This one is for getting a live grenade from a slot machine. You can do this at any slot machine, but the easiest way is in Moxxi's bar as she has multiple in close proximity. There is a decent chance to "win" a live grenade so you should get it fairly quickly.

This one is for buying 20 cosmetic items from Earl at his shop on Sanctuary.

This one is for getting 10 vehicle parts from hijacking and scanning enemy vehicles. This can be done pretty quickly by going through Ellie's crew challenges and hijacking random vehicles as you play through the game.

This one is for completing all six of the proving grounds missions. After you complete "The Great Vault" mission you can get these quests from lodestones on Devil’s Razor, The Splinterlands, Meridian Outskirts, Floodmoor Basin, Jakobs Estate, and Desolation’s Edge.

This one is for completing all 3 of the circles of slaughter.

This one is for getting all of the other base game achievements. The DLC achievements are not required for this one.

This one is for getting a blackjack (or a 21) in the blackjack minigame. There is one pretty close to the beginning of the DLC that you can farm if you need to, but I was able to get it on my first try.

This one is for killing the Debt Collector Mk.2. You'll be able to do this after you finish the side quest "Sisterly Love" by killing the original Debt Collector, leave the map, and come back to the same area.

This one is for completing the first mission "The Party Out of Space."

This one is for killing the Windego during the mission "The Horror In The Woods."

This one is for completing the final mission "The Call of Gythian."

This one is for watching Deathtrap kill 50 enemies. He can get a few kills at the very beginning and will get a lot more later on in the DLC. If you get to the end without receiving the achievement you can go back and farm the Empowered Grawn boss fight and have deathtrap kill the enemies that spawn throughout the fight. This can take a while however as he tends to target the boss, but you hopefully should only need him to get a few more kills at that point.

This one is for activating the talking fish wall decoration 25 times. I’d recommend activating them as you see them during your playthrough of the DLC and opening all fish nets you can as there is a "Talking Fish" decoration drop you can get. Getting this and spamming it is the fastest and easiest way to get the achievement.

This achievement is for completing the story mission "Blood from a Stone."














This achievement is for completing the story mission "The Name of the Law."

This achievement is for completing all of the story missions, side missions, and crew challenges on Gehenna. So basically just go through all of the other achievements and once you get the last of those you'll also receive this one.

This achievement is for completing the first story mission "Enter the Psychoscape".














This one is for killing Evil Lilith at the end of the "Siege of Castle Crimson" mission.














This one is for killing the Locomobius boss at the end of the "What Love Remains" mission.














This one is for defeating the Dr. Benedict boss at the end of the "Inhuman Trials" mission.














This one is for defeating the Psychoreaver boss in Vaulthalla.

This one is for completing all of the side missions and crew challenges in Krieg’s Mind. I have the list of all the side missions pulled up on the screen here. It seems a lot of people were generally missing Scratch, Don’t Sniff at the end which caused some confusion so be sure to check this list against yours if you have trouble figuring out what you’re missing.
