1. Download the files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iECfGcl0dm8whRntlPGmNsC1poA6t3jk
2. Unzip the files on the route: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Mafia II Definitive Edition\Saves" and replace them, back up your original files first.
3. Open the game and go for the last WANTED POSTER place and unlock the achievement CARD SHARP.
