No, no LW 2/LWOTC I use here some mass effect mod. But I don't remember which ones I used. If I'm not mistaken it's when I used a psionic ability from time to time that did it for me.

Are you using LW2/LWOTC and does this happen with a unit with soul-steal every time you cast soulfire? I can recreate this bug like 100% of the time with that ability combo.

Normally the Squid only occurs on the main menu.
