I can't open the game because of safe mode. No matter what I tried, it didn't work. How can I do this? The game doesn't open on the opening screen, even with safe mode and normal login. It throws me out of the game. How can I solve this problem?

@CaptProphet what is the percentage of your storage capacity supposed to help here? The game is some 320 GB with all of the updates and free content downloaded atm, in addition it downloads more as you play.

I start the game and it go's back to library...it wont load !

Apparently I do not have enough space on my PC for the update file and my PC has nearly 100% storage capacity available...Saw other comments on here about graphics cards and wanted to know if mine would even run the game. I have provided specs below:

Yes get a refund... Minimum requirement are a GTX 770 that has 1536 Cuda Cores. A 960M only has 640 Cores... You can't exspect to run this Sim with that Graphicscard :(

@MrMoon the same thing your gpu 840m only has 364 cores :( It is basically only for video output like Windows Desktop and web browsing and watching youtube :(
