I've found a new way to get the skins by tricking the game into thinking you own the DLCs!



Simply download this .zip file:

Now go to your game's installation folder. You can easily do this by right-clicking the game in your Steam library, then go to Manage > Browse local files.

Lastly, go to the Binaries folder. You are going to extract the .zip contents here, both the Win32 and Win64 folders. It'll ask to overwrite two steam api files, click yes to that. If you ever want to revert this, I've provided a backup of the originals.

That's it, you're done. The game will now think you own all of the DLC skins.

You'll need to have launched the game at least once before doing this.

Go to your file explorer, and in the address bar paste this in and hit enter:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\NRZGame\NRZGame\Config\

If for some reason that didn't work, the location it's supposed to take you to is:
C:\Users\*your username*\Documents\My Games\NRZGame\NRZGame\Config

Open up NRZGame.ini with whichever notepad program you use.

Go down to "[NRZGame.NRZCostumeManager]" (line 276)

Underneath this you'll see 7 lines, each referring to the 7 outfits that are in-game, including the Shirtless outfit that was never released!

Decide which one you want to play as. For example, the second "Costumes" line is Beck, from Mighty No. 9. So if you wanted to play as him, you take the first "Costumes=" line:

Costumes=(CostumeID=0,PackageName="YaibaCostumeDefault",

And change "CostumeID=0" to "CostumeID=1"

Then, go down one line, to this one:

Costumes=(CostumeID=1,PackageName="YaibaCostumeBeck",

And change "CostumeID=1" to "CostumeID=0"

This is what it'll look like:


See how I swapped their numbers? What you're doing is tricking the game into loading the Beck outfit instead of the default outfit. Whichever line you change to "CostumeID=0" will be the one it loads, but make sure only one line says "CostumeID=0"!

Use the above steps to use any of those 7 outfits. Each line is self-explanatory, they each say which costume they're for pretty plainly, like "YaibaCostumeNuigurumaa" is the Nuiguramaa outfit, obviously.

Save NRZGame.ini and set the file to read-only by right clicking it and going to properties! Every time you want to edit it you'll need to undo this, and then remember to set it back to read-only, otherwise the game will undo everything you change.

So there you have it, you can finally use each outfit, including the never-released Shirtless outfit!
