As long as you don't take damage you won't die which makes the playthrough a lot easier.

Step 2: Remember to jump at times.

Sometimes there are spikes on the floor or enemies aim at the feet. Jumping prevents you from taking damage.

If you followed all the steps you should be able to beat Blasphemous in no time.
