Hello gamers and fellow achievement hunters!
Let It Go is a french independant puzzle game; it's very short, lasting between 1 and 2 hours (depending on your ability to figure out puzzle solutions by yourself).
Basically, think Let It Go as an escape game.

This guide mostly works also like a walkthrough, so depending of what you need, several solutions will be provided as well. This is spoiler heavy, so use it at your own discretion.

Each time you spawn in the island from the hub, you have few seconds to do things. You will eventually "die" or run out of time, so this achievement may be your first one:

To make puzzle solving doable, you will first need to extend your time by collecting 3 milk bottles.

First one can be located next your spawn point. Grab it and go up the hill with the japanese torii gate to find the second one.










Grab the umbrella but before going somewhere else, look behind the small hut to find a battery. Using the battery on the radio behind the pond will both give you an achievement and greatly slow down the rate at which your timer goes.
Just remember to repeat this process after each "game over" because the battery will spawn back at its original location every time.



















Open the umbrella with the right click (achievement) in the air to glide and also to be able to pass through the waterfall.



Inside, you will find the third bottle.

Exploring the grotto, look for a blue triangle on the ceiling. You will notice a weird stalactite pattern: it's a hint for a puzzle, it will be useful later. Also, grab that fish living in a puddle somewhere in this cave.










Leave the area and get back to the small hut. Pick up the hammer placed here. You will also find the second fish in a pot nearby (look to your right, almost to the edge). The last one is in the pond (spawn point).




























Go back to the top of the hill and grab the watch on the table: il allows day-time skipping using the right-click. If you encounter a wall, you can break it with your hammer.










Before giving the fishes to the cat, you will want to cook at least one for an achievement (if you miss this achievement, you will need to redo a playthrough or try it again during your final speedrun).
Now, skip the time of the day using the watch. During night, cook a fish for an achievement.










Give the 3 fishes to the cat (if the cat is sleeping, skip to day time with the watch) for an achievement and a gong stick.

Finally, use the stick on the gong to get the green triangle.

Jump down to the beach and reach the very end. Destroy the stone wrapping the torch using the hammer.



















Now, get back to the firecamp and skip to night so you can light the torch.
With the flaming torch, you can now burn the vines trapping the red stone on the beach.

This quest may require a bit of training.
First, you need to push a secret button near the starting point. Doing so will rise a stone gate in the ocean.



















Your goal is now to rotate the lion heads so you can create link between them. Using the watch, skip to dusk: a beam of light will pass through each head and burn the ice locking up the yellow triangle on the beach end. If you failed to connect heads, you still can rotate them but beware of the lethal beam of light.

Remember the blue triangle in the cave? Let's find out together how to grab it!

Go up the second hill looking like stonehenge (somehow!). Using the hint provided in the grotto (Quest for the green triangle), you need to light on the corresponding stones. Here's the answer:



















A cutscene will trigger if you'r right. Now go back to the cave and grab the last triangle (if you followed this guide so far).

This is super easy: bring back the four colored triangles to the hut. Inside, grab the shovel and use it to dig the grave on the beach. I won't guide you for the rest, so you can discover it for yourself: following the story-line won't be much trouble, really.


Just in case, however, make sure your have found all of the hidden red notes and checked ("philosophized") all the items on the ground like bamboo, pot; etc. : interact with everything for those two achievements.

Some notes locations: In plain sight facing the hungry cat, in the cave, on the hut and inside after gathering the 4 triangles, below the battery (bottom of the cliff).

Try to check: the book on the table.


End the game (this will unlock the Speedrun Mode).

To get the speedrun achievement, you need to simply complete this mode in one go. There is no time requirements whatsoever. Use what you've learned so far!

Some tips:
• grab a milk bottle each time you run out of Hope, thus refilling your gauge for free.
• Switch on the radio as soon as possible.
• There is a feather behind the table on the hill: it allows running using the shift key.
• Gather every item in a area (cave, beach, hill) to help minimizing time spent. Switch items using the scrolling button.
• Diving into the pond from the hill gives you a little Hope but can be done once.
